Monitoring the status of messages Blip Help August 07, 2023 13:47 Updated Index: Introduction Campaign Report Introduction After sending the campaign, on the active campaigns list screen, it is possible to check the sending status through the “Message Status” column. The column has 4 fields, namely: Hearing: total number of valid telephone numbers informed at the hearing; Failed: number of messages that were not delivered because there was a failure in sending; Received: number of contacts that successfully received the sent message; Read: number of contacts who have seen sent messages. Remembering that the end customer can remove the blue double check and consequently, we do not receive the information. Campaign Report You can also review the shipping details by downloading a csv file. To do this, just click on the “Report” button, which is located in the “Actions” column. You can view the button by hovering the mouse over the line of the desired campaign. As shown in the example below: The campaign report provides sending and audience data, such as who sent and which numbers failed. Below is the description of the report fields: Date Campaign submission date Date + time GMT 00:00 Campaign ID Campaign unique identifier Campaign name Campaign name Message template Template used in the campaign Sent by Email of the person that generated the campaign Contact's number Whatsapp number that received the message Number Status Number status (pending, valid, invalid) Message Status Message status (unprocessed, processed, received, read, failed) Sent Send date to contact Received Date received by contact Read Reading date. This status is only marked when the user enables the read receipt in WA (two blue checks) Failed Date the message failed Failure code Fault code Failure description Description of the reason for the failure Answer redirection Type of redirect (chatbot or agent) Warning about duplicate or incorrect numbers: Duplicate and incorrect phone numbers from the audience file weren't processed and won't be shown in the report.
