In this context change, several important events can occur at the Blip Desk and the attendant can pass on some relevant information. With this in mind, Blip Desk has developed audible warnings and notifications to alert attendants to new messages or new tickets in the queue. To activate notifications and audible warnings, access the Blip Desk, click on the attendant profile and select the Preferences option. What can be configured? It is possible to define, for each agent, which notices will be used. Browser notifications for new messages or new tickets in the queue. Two different audible alerts for new messages and new tickets in the queue respectively. In addition, whenever there is a change in the number of messages or tickets the browser tab will be modified reporting the number of unread conversations. Important information: For sound alerts and notifications to work correctly, users must give Blip Desk the necessary permissions on their browsers.
