Introduction Blip Low Code Commands is an extension for the Blip platform that offers advanced features to enhance the user experience in conversational solutions. It allows the user to send three commands to the Blip Commands API directly from a user-friendly interface, without the need to write a single line of code. How does it work? Currently, the extension allows you to: - Clear the user's context - Reset the user's state - Close tickets with tag inclusion It is compatible with any channel that has integration with Blip. Installation and configuration Once you have activated the extension from the Blip Store, you can install it in both the bot router and bot builders. If you install it in a bot builder, it can only execute commands in that specific bot. If you install it in the router, it can execute commands in any subbot. After activation, no further configuration is required. Follow the steps below to install the extension: Log in to the Blip platform. Access the Blip Store. Search for "Blip Low Code Commands" and select the extension. Install the extension in the desired bot. Usage examples To use the extension, the user starts by fetching a list of records (also known as contacts). It is possible to filter by date, bot, and user name.
