With our extension, you can harness the full power of GPT to have custom flows in a Blip!

 

Introduction

Builder GPT is an extension for the Blip platform that provides resources to accelerate the publication of your chatbot's conversational flow.

Just state your needs, and our flow base will provide the perfect solution, developed following the best practices for building chatbots.

 

How it works?

To use the extension, simply converse with the interface and describe the type of flow you want to find. The extension offers some predefined flows such as:

  • NPS
  • Transference
  • Lead Capture

If the flow you desire is not in our base, we will return a message informing that the flow was not found.

Builder GPT is supported on any channel that integrates with Blip.

 

Installation and configuration

Once activated through the Blip Store, it can be installed in both the bot router and bot builders. If installed in a bot builder, it can only run commands in that specific bot; if installed in the router, it can run commands in any sub-bot.

After activation, no further configurations are necessary.

Follow the steps below to install the extension:

  • Log in to the Blip platform.
  • Access the Blip Store.
  • Search for "BuilderGPT" and select it.
  • Install the extension on the desired bot.

 

Usage examples

To search for a flow, simply converse with the interface and describe what you want to find.

You can also choose one of the suggested options on the home screen.

We always strive to improve, so you have the option to provide positive or negative feedback for the delivered flow.

Was it what you expected? Just click on the thumbs-up icon, and if you wish, provide detailed feedback.

Did the delivered flow not meet your expectations? That's unfortunate! Please leave negative feedback and explain what you expected to find.

To publish the flow, simply click on the icon in the top-left corner of the extension! After publication, you'll have the opportunity to check the builder.

Your searches are saved in the left tab and can be revisited whenever necessary. You can also delete old searches.
