Features Web catalogs to display products Currently, Smart Sales displays products registered in a web catalog. After the user starts a conversation on the WhatsApp channel, the bot must send the catalog link to the user. This link will open a web page, where the user can browse the catalog and add products to the cart. When closing the catalog, it will automatically be directed back to the WhatsApp channel. This catalog has the following areas: Home Here all your products are displayed in a grid format for users, they display the image, title, price with and without discount. A product detail page (PDP) When selecting a product on Home, the user is taken to the product details page (PDP) where they can view more product details and can also choose to add the product to the shopping cart. This page displays the product images, title, description, variations (if any) and also the prices, with and without discount. We will also display related products if this list is available via Product API integration. Shopping cart/bag The cart or shopping bag can be accessed at any time by users by tapping the menu at the top of the catalog. When adding a product to the cart, this menu is updated informing the number of products inside it. In the cart, the user can add more products or remove the products currently in it. On this screen, the user can choose to complete the order by clicking the corresponding button. This way, the user will be redirected to the WhatsApp channel, and a summary of this cart will be sent to the bot, so that the purchase process can continue and be carried out. Products, categories and searches All products can have categories, which will be used to make it easier for customers to find the desired product. The customer can also search by name in the catalog's search bar, which ensures that they can search for what they want. Tracking user browsing data All browsing behavior is recorded and can be consulted in Smart Sales reports. Some reports will be made available in the extension, but others must be created using Blip's custom reports. Sending the shopping cart to the bot After choosing the products they want, the customer will have the option to review their shopping cart and then close the order. This way, the products are sent to the bot again, so that it can continue processing the order, directing it to human service with Blip Desk, that is, automating the generation of the order and sending the payment method. This last option must be configured for each brand according to its payment method, such as payment link, pix or other. How to install Smart Sales Accessing the Blip Store You can find Smart Sales in our Blip Store by accessing the corresponding menu in the top bar of Blip. Search for Smart Sales The extension is free, so just click “Subscribe to Extension” Selecting the bot or router Smart Sales works on bots and also on routers, to continue, select where you want to install. Register products manually In Smart Sales we have two ways to add products: manually, or the catalog can search for your products via an API. To add manually, access the new menu that appears in Blip after installation. Select the Manual registration option And start registering your products, you can manually enter 150 products. Observation: Smart Sales does not perform any inventory control. You can also use the importing a CSV file with its products, also limited to 150 products. Configure API for product integration The most efficient and recommended way to use Smart Sales is using an API. To do this, you need to create an API that will provide products to Smart Sales. This API can be connected to the product source, usually an e-commerce, and then provide the products in the format that Smart Sales needs. A postman collection can be obtained here: collection postman, which contains examples and an example API that already returns data in the format that Smart Sales expects. This API must contain the following endpoints (each payload can be consulted in the postman file). Configure exit conditions By default, after the user places products in the cart and confirms the order, sending these products back to the smart contact, Smart Sales displays a question to the user if they want to continue with the order: These options (Yes and no) represent output conditions that must be configured in the builder. (The example below illustrates a configured flow) The downtime exit condition by default is 24 hours, this means that if the user does not respond whether they want to continue with the order within 24 hours, this exit condition will be activated. Remember if: The user can still send any input before sending a cart with products, in this case the exit condition“STANDARD OUTPUT” will be activated. If you want to configure any custom conditions, you can add them using the option“Add exit condition” Configure the flow after Smart Sales Where is the shopping cart stored? Whenever a user adds products to the shopping cart, Smart Sales stores the items in this cart in the contact's extra data. Therefore, this data can be accessed at any time during the conversation after filling out the cart. It can also be viewed on Blip Desk. Observation:You can clear extra items from the contact at any time, and we recommend that you do so when the customer completes the purchase of products. If this does not happen, the next time the customer accesses your catalog, the cart may come populous with products. Choose where your customers complete their purchase with human service using Blip Desk, or even on the Blip Desk App After the Smart Sales blocks, which is currently a catalog solution, you can configure the bot flow to confirm how the product will be delivered and paid for by your customers. For this, we recommend using the Blip Desk, for human transfer. Automatically, generating a payment link and integration with your systems Alternatively, you may want to automate 100% of the flow, showing products with Smart Sales and also making payments with other solutions. To do this, we recommend integrating with a payment link system with a payment provider. Limitations Payment and shipping of orders Currently, Smart Sales does not yet have natively integrated payment solutions, but payment methods can be implemented in bot after the catalog display flow and the user decides to continue with the order. Bot publishing and router connection To install Smart Sales on your bot, you must first have published the bot at least once. If you install Smart Sales on a router, make sure your bot is configured as a service on this router. Underflow Currently, Smart Sales cannot be used within subflows.
