How It Works Simplifying Brand Health analysis so that any stakeholder can understand the data, you can evaluate the brand health indicator in posts over time, monitor mentions, and identify influencers, promoters, and detractors. Important! For Brand Health to work, the customer must have the "Sentiment analysis in proprietary posts" option enabled in the Research Settings. Without this, the feature will not be activated, since it analyzes the sentiment of posts involving the brand. The Brand Health center has only the Time Interval filter, where you specify the start and end of the interval or select a predefined date: With the filter, you can view the following information: Brand Health 1. AAA Ranking The AAA Ranking is calculated based on three criteria: Attraction, Affinity, and Reach. Understand how we calculate each of these points: Attractiveness We evaluate each user's activity through their followers' engagement with the posts they make. From 10 actions (likes and/or shares) on a post, it is considered viral and enters the calculation to earn points in Attraction. Affinity Among the posts detected as viral, we observe the diversity of terms configured in your research. The greater the incidence of terms among viral posts and the research, the greater a user's affinity with the selected research. Reach To determine reach, we take a weighted average of the potential impact of these viral posts for each user, based on the number of followers of the users. Overall Score To calculate the overall score of the influencer, a geometric mean is taken between the values of Attraction, Affinity, and Reach. Therefore, assuming an influencer has the following metrics: Attraction = 10, Affinity = 20, Reach = 30, their score would be calculated as follows: cubic root of (10 x 20 x 30) = 18.17 points. 2.4. Attraction Result of monitoring each user's attraction and the success of their posts using a minimum of ten shares/likes as a base. 2.5. Affinity Among the detected viral posts, we inform which posts have greater affinity with the research universe. The more distinct terms we find in each user's "viral basket," the greater the user's affinity with the brand. 2.6. Reach The potential reach that the user can give to their viral. Here, we consider the number of followers of the user on the account. 2.7.
