Introduction

A Crash Analyzer is an extension to the Blip platform that provides detailed and intuitive analysis of your chatbot errors, allowing you to identify trends, solutions and valuable insights to optimize the performance of your conversational solution.

How it works?

The extension offers the following functionalities:

• Viewing errors that occurred in the last 3 days
• Error details
• Solution to errors

Installation and configuration

When activating the extension through the Blip Store, it must be installed in the bot router, which is connected to WhatsApp.

Follow the steps below to install the extension:

• Log in to the Blip platform.
• Access the Blip Store
• Search for "Crash Analyzer” and select it
• Install the extension on the desired bot

Usage examples

The Crash Analyzer was designed to be intuitive and useful for different user profiles, from administrators to support analysts. It offers a range of functionalities:

To access the extension page, enter the contact number you want to view the errors. You will see a bar graph showing the errors of the last 3 days and, below, a spreadsheet with a description of each error.
