The Publications Filter is a feature developed to select the topics for your analysis in the search. You can combine data such as: publication date, type of interactions, annotated posts, among many others. Locate the filter icon on the right side of the page: In addition to loading data to bring specific posts, you have the option to save a filter for quick access. If it's necessary to repeat this search every day or less frequently, just look for the filter saved by you or your team. Note: To create and/or delete a saved filter, it is necessary to have the permission of operator, administrator, or master within the access level of STILINGUE. Create new Select the filter parameters and choose a name to assign to it. Then, click on the save icon. When selecting groups or themes for your filter, remember that if the name of the selected group or theme is changed, the created saved filter will no longer load them, resulting in those fields in the filter being empty. In other words, the filter will not work correctly. To load the information, it will be necessary to revert the name change of the groups/themes or edit the saved filter with the updated names. Another important point to highlight is that the date is the only filter parameter that does not remain saved. Therefore, when choosing a previously saved filter, it is necessary to input the desired time interval. Note that this data is not visible in the filter information: 2. Search by filters If you want to locate saved filters, simply enter the name in the search field. For the filters already saved in this area, it is possible to activate or view the following options through the icons highlighted in the image below, whenever necessary. To view the icons, simply hover over the desired filter: General information (filter parameters) Load filter Edit filter Delete Filter 3. Clear, Zoom, and Apply In addition to determining filter parameters, you can clean the data, returning it to the initial filter state. It's possible to take a "zoom" into the collected interactions to access the posts that triggered user expressions and other analysis data. By clicking "Apply," you activate the filter based on the previous selections. Note: The Clear, Zoom, and Apply buttons apply not only to Saved Filters but also to any chosen parameter within the Publication Filter.
