Publishing and Scheduling - Listening May 08, 2024 12:14 Updated Make and schedule posts for your pages in one place. The Publish and Schedule section allows you to make publications on your proprietary pages and schedule the timing of these publications for the future. This way, you can manage your posts more efficiently within STILINGUE. This functionality is only available for Facebook and Twitter, except for temporary posts like Stories or Fleets. To access Listening, click on the card: On the sidebar, you will find all the sections of this area: Next, go to the left sidebar menu and click on Publish and Schedule. The process is divided into four main blocks, each with some additional options: 1. Create Publication 1.1. Create your publication. 1.2. Choose the date when the publication will be published. 1.3. Enter the content of your publication. Attention! Twitter messages adhere to the network's 280-character limit. Facebook has a larger text limitation of 63,206 characters. 1.4. Choose an image for your publication. We suggest selecting a file of up to 6MB. Attention! Gifs can be scheduled. They will be animated on Twitter, but will appear static on Facebook due to an API limitation. 1.5. Choose tags for this publication. Attention! This tagging feature is only for scheduling control; tags will not be automatically applied to the post after collection. 1.6. Add notes to these publications for future reference. 1.7. Clear all entered data. 1.8. Save only a draft for future editing. 1.9. Click to schedule the publication and choose the page you'd like to schedule it for. You can schedule the same publication for multiple pages. 1.10. Publish immediately. 2. Draft 2.1. Search for a specific term. 2.2. Click to view the image of the publication. 2.3. Click to edit the draft. 2.4. Delete the draft. 3. Scheduled Check all publications already scheduled.
