How to Monitor WhatsApp Number Health May 14, 2025 14:48 Updated Lately, end users have been increasingly resistant to unwanted messages and poor-quality interactions with companies. As a result, major platforms like WhatsApp have implemented measures to flag company numbers that generate discomfort among their customers. Therefore, if you want to avoid having your official contact blocked by WhatsApp, you need to check the number health indicator, located in the Blip growth menu. There are 3 levels of number health: High, Medium, and Low. For more details, click here. If the number health is High or Medium, no additional information is displayed to the user, and they are free to create and send campaigns. However, if the number status is Low, when clicking the Send active messages button to start creating a campaign, a warning is displayed to the user asking if they are sure they want to send a message, warning about the risk of the number being banned from WhatsApp Business. Important: In this area, there's also a notice if your number is restricted. Unlike the number health concept, this is a flag indicating that you've reached the message limit for your current level (for more details, see here). During a Restricted phase, you can't send notification messages until a 24-hour period has passed. In this situation, you can still reply to any messages that customers send. However, attempting to send an active message with the number in this status will display the following alert.
