Want to gain more visibility into your data within the Blip platform?

With the Data Tables extension, you can view, filter, and export various types of data.

 

Introduction

The Data Tables extension allows users to search, view, and filter large data sets within the Blip platform.

This extension is ideal for those who need a clear view of data collected through interactions, campaigns, or any other type of activity carried out on the platform.

 

How it works?

The extension consists of three main panels: the sidebar, the table, and the filter form.

In the sidebar, you can choose from different types of available data. If there's any data you think should be available but isn't, click on “Request New Data” and if possible, we'll add this improvement.

In the table, you can view the data, fetch more data (initially, only 100 rows are fetched), report bugs, and export table data in PDF, CSV, or JSON formats.

In the filter form, you can filter the data with the available fields. This form may or may not exist depending on the type of data. If there's a filter option that you think should be available but isn't, send feedback, and if possible, we'll add this improvement.

Installation and Configuration

When you activate the extension from the Blip Store, it can be installed on both router bots and builder bots. The extension will retrieve data based on your account, contract, and the bot where it's running.

Follow the steps below to install the extension:

  • Log in to the Blip platform.
  • Access the Blip Store
  • Look for "Data Tables" and select it.
  • Install the extension on the desired bot.

After installation, you can access Data Tables from the Extensions menu.
