The Builder is a component of BLiP. It was designed to enable the construction of good chatbots quickly, simply, visually and without the obligation to use code. Through it, it is possible to structure the entire flow of the conversation and define the contents of the bot, integrating it to the other platform features.
Before you begin using Builder, you need to understand the fundamental theoretical concepts it has adopted (Blocks and Transitions):
Blocks (or states)
A conversation flow in the Builder consists of several blocks that represent the current state of a client, during its interaction with the bot.
There are three types of blocks:
1. Control blocks (Start and Exception)
The control blocks are identified by the black color and are named "Start" and "Exception". They represent the beginning of the conversation between the client and the bot (before the first interaction) and any problems (or exceptions) not handled by the flow, respectively.
Some important notes:
* Control blocks can't be renamed or deleted;
* You can reference the control blocks in any other block transparently.

2. Content Blocks
The content blocks are identified by the white color and can be fully customized by the user. They are responsible for defining how and when your bot will deliver all content to the client.
3. Customer Service Blocks
The customer service blocks are used to transfer the Builder conversation to a human agent. These blocks are identified by the white color, blue details and a human service symbol in the lower right corner. The conversation transfer rule can be customized through the block exit conditions.
Transitions (or arrows)
During the conversation, the status of users can be changed between blocks that are connected through transitions. Transitions are important visual components for understanding the entire flow.
As with any state machine, after performing all the tasks of a block, Builder makes a transition to the next block. This behavior repeats itself indefinitely.
