Registration of Tags by Line September 13, 2022 14:16 Updated The Tags are a way of categorizing a service concluded. They can be added during the execution of a ticket or once it is closed. From now on, you will be able to register and/or edit a tag in the Line Management. It allows only the team to see the tags registered for it in the line to which it belongs. Any smart contact team member with permission to write in the Service module will be able to set the line service tags. To set a rule, access the service module.
