Data Extractor (Access to data) Help Center August 31, 2022 19:26 Updated Index: Introduction How It Works Installation and Configuration Examples of use Demo video Introduction What if it were possible to generate reports directly from your chatbot interface to track the notifications sent, the volume and quality of human attendance, and other data from your Smart Contact? With Data Extractor this is now possible! The extension provides several reports types to your Smart Contact, with user-defined time periods and with the convenience of issuing them directly from your chatbot interface to facilitate obtaining the inputs for continuous evolution of your Smart Contact! The Data Extractor is an extension that allows the extraction of 3 types of reports with time periods of up to 5 years. How does it work? Currently, The Data Extractor is available in three languages (English, Portuguese and Spanish) and extracts the following reports: The following features are offered: Tickets Report Desk Messages Report Active Notifications Report In addition, we foresee the following evolutions: Addition of the following reports: Attendants Status Event Trackings Users’ conversations Accumulated Users Parameters customization for data search More SI features (proxy on the frontend, ip restriction on the backend). It is supported on any channel integrated into the Blip platform. Installation and configuration After activating the extension through the Blip Store, you must read and agree to the terms and conditions of use. If you use the router structure, we recommend installing the extension directly on the router bot, so it will list all connected bots. Thus, the extension will be installed and ready for use! Examples of use The Data Extractor interface has 5 main elements highlighted in Figure 3, which are: 1. Definition field for the report type to be generated 2. Setting field for the following parameters: a)The chatbot whose data will be displayed in the report b)Data query period with fields for start and end date c)Shortcuts for setting the query period within 7, 30, 60, and 90 days 3. Button for the report generation, according to the parameters defined 4. Requested reports list 5. Statement of responsibility To generate a report, you must first choose one of the types available in the extension current version, as shown in Figure 4. Next, you must select in the droplist the chatbot whose data will be used for the report (Figure 5) and also set the query period. This can be done by using the shortcut buttons or datepickers for selecting the start and end dates of the query period, as can be observed in Figure 6. With all fields filled in, simply request the report generation by using the "Generate report" button, highlighted in Figure 7. If all fields have been filled in correctly, after requesting report generation a message will appear in the page footer (Figure 8) indicating that the report generation process has been queued and will begin shortly. You can track progression in the Requested Reports section. Data fetching and report generation is not an immediate process, so initially the report status will be "Processing", as illustrated in Figure 8. If a failure occurs in this step, the report status is replaced by "Error". After a successful processing, the field that displays the process status will be replaced by a report download button (Figure 9). All requested reports are available for download for a period of 30 days from the request date. Finally, the Statement of Responsibility for the use of the generated reports can be consulted at any time after the button located in the upper right corner of the interface (Figure 10).
