Intrigg for RD is a solution developed by Inmo exclusively for Blip users. Check your volume plan. Quick Start To begin this guide, you need to have the RD Station extension activated in Blip. It's also important to choose the right volume plan. The Start plan has a limit of up to 1,000 triggers. The Pro plan allows up to 5,000 triggers. And the Plus plan permits up to 30,000 triggers! If you need help activating an extension, please consult the Blip Help within the Blip platform. Creating an Automation Flow in RD Station The first step to start sending active messages using Intrigg for RD Station is to have an Automation Flow ready in RD Station. The Automation Flow is an RD feature that allows you to choose from dozens of triggers, conditions, and actions to send an automated message. Personalize paths based on interactions and lead information. Example of Automation Flow, source: materiais.resultadosdigitais.com.br For instance, you can create an Automation Flow so that whenever a lead fills out a form, they automatically also receive a follow-up message regarding their purchase or problem resolution. See here various other examples of Automation Flows to put your campaigns into practice. Learn here how to create an automation flow in RD Station. Nota: This functionality is available only to Pro and Enterprise clients of RD Station Marketing. To learn more about each plan, click here. These plans have no correlation with the use of Intrigg. Creating the message template (notification text) and how to activate the template Learn how to create a Message Template in Blip here. The message template (or just template) refers to the content sent in the active message (notification) on WhatsApp. This content needs to be approved by Meta/WhatsApp Inc. Intrigg users can request consultancy services for message template creation.* Once you have at least one approved template, just activate it on the Intrigg screen for RD Station. Go to the top menu in Blip, click on the three dots to open more options, and go to RD Station. Click Add new to activate the message template you want to send. On the screen that appears, click Add new. Fill in the values for the Message Template variables, if applicable, and click Save. There you go! Seeing the template name on the Intrigg home screen means it is activated. Connecting Intrigg to the Automation Flow With your Automation Flow ready in RD Station, the second step is to make the necessary configurations to connect Intrigg, and consequently Blip, to your Automation Flow. The first configuration is adding a tag to your Automation Flow. In RD, a tag is information you can insert into a lead, and it functions as a marker. When creating your flow, you can either Add tag or Remove tag. Thus, all leads going through this flow path will automatically gain or lose a tag. We will use tags to indicate which Message Template will be sent to the leads' WhatsApp numbers. Inserting a tag in the Automation Flow and connecting it to Intrigg To insert the tag in your Automation Flow and indicate which Message Template will be triggered for the users, follow these steps: In RD, go to the menu Relate > Marketing Automation > Create Flow; In the Actions tab, while creating your flow, look for Add tag (right side menu): 3. The tag name should follow this pattern templatewa: {Message Template Name} 💡 Example: If the pattern to follow is templatewa: {Message Template Name} and you want to trigger the Message Template called transferencia_para_vendedor The tag name should be: templatewa This tag must be configured in each Automation Flow that will trigger messages in Intrigg. Tip: always check if the Message Template name matches the name inserted in the tag. To see the Message Template name, follow the path in Blip> Router>Contents>Message Templates> Click on the desired Template and check the first field on the right side panel (see the image below). 4. After the tag indicating the template, still in the Actions tab of the Automation Flow, look for the option Send Leads to Integration. In the URL to send leads, insert the URL you received when you contracted the extension within Blip. Your configuration should look similar to the image below. 5. Finally, you need to remove the previously inserted tag. It should be removed after the Send leads to Integration block. Click Remove tag, which is below the Add option, still in the Actions tab. Your flow should look similar to the image below: Note 1: Removing the tag after sending is necessary so that leads passing through more than one Automation Flow don't retain old tags, preventing old or already sent templates from being triggered. You can still continue with automations in your flow after the tag removal if desired. There you go! 😀 Your Automation Flow is properly configured and connected to Intrigg for RD Station!
