How does the curation and maintenance of interest panels work?

Our machine teaching experts curate the panels on a monthly basis.

How can I acquire Trends Panels?

Each panel is offered separately from your current panels. To acquire a panel and inquire about the prices, please contact your Account Manager.

How can I view data only for the information that interests me?

You can use the filter located in the top right corner of the screen to select only the information you desire, allowing you to generate specific charts and data.

Can I edit the search configuration of my Interest Panel?

No, the searches are already configured and ready for data retrieval. If you have any suggestions, please contact our Customer Support.

Can I use all the Listening filters to navigate the panel data?

Since it is a panel for reading, analysis, and reporting only, Saved Ratings and Filters are not available. The others are!

I would like to suggest some terms that can improve the insights of the interest panel. Where can I report this?

You can report suggestions directly to our Customer Support via chat.

I've identified irrelevant content or ambiguous terms in the interest panel. What should I do?

What happens when a Trending Topic is no longer trending?

They will continue in the search configuration for 20 hours if they came from Twitter, and 48 hours if they were high-probability terms from Google Trends.

What are the panels and how can I use them?

Trends Panels are reading, analysis, and reporting panels for specific niche trends. There are three available panels: Eating Habits, Banks and Fintechs, and Beauty.

To use the panels, you have access to filters and other features in Listening to navigate the data and obtain insights.

Is STILINGUE Trends a collection group within my search?

No, STILINGUE Trends is an exclusive product for accessing the hottest conversations on the internet, found in the Trending Topics of Twitter and Google Trends.

Are interest panels updated in real time?

The panels are updated with STILINGUE's Ultra SLA, meaning they provide partial analysis for today, and consolidated analysis from yesterday.

How long are the data stored in an interest panel?

Data from the last 12 months is retained in the Panels.

Can I use the panels to stay informed about the most talked-about topics on the internet?

If your need is to keep track of the most discussed topics related to the interest categories of each panel, then the answer is yes. If you want to follow the most discussed topics on the internet in general, check out STILINGUE Trends, our panel that monitors the top trends on Google Trends and Twitter's Trending Topics.

When are the data updated?

The search configuration is updated every 30 minutes with Twitter and Google Trends' trending topics, and based on these, the platform continues to collect high-engagement posts on these channels.

How long are the posts stored in the Trends platform?

The platform retains the collected data for 7 days. Data beyond 7 days is automatically removed from the Trends panel.
