The STILINGUE Studio dashboard utilizes the same data source as your research created on the platform, ensuring 100% consistency and synchronization. If you want the dashboard to be updated automatically, you can enable "Auto-Refresh," accessible in the top bar of the page. How do I add a new user to STILINGUE Studio? To add a new user, you should send an email to liberações@stilingue.com.br with the list of email addresses. These users should have access within the corresponding dashboard so that they can be granted access in the STILINGUE Studio environment. If only viewing access is required, you can send them the shareable link available in the Settings area. How do I create a new dashboard within STILINGUE Studio? If you wish to create a new board within the STILINGUE Studio environment, please send an email to pservices@stilingue.com.br with your title and the list of users you would like to share it with. It's important to remember that the maximum number of simultaneous dashboards can vary depending on your plan. How does the Grouping by Period function work in STILINGUE Studio? Period Grouping is a feature offered by STILINGUE Studio to enhance control and the usability of temporal data visualization. With this feature, you have the option to select the desired time grouping within the filtered period in graphs that have a time dimension, according to your needs and the context of the dashboard. The use of Period Grouping can be applied to various contexts, from situations requiring quick decision-making (such as crisis management or real-time campaigns) to more in-depth analyses for strategic direction (such as monthly or quarterly comparisons). It's also possible to create indicators with different "speeds" from time side by side, meaning having multiple grouping graphs with different time periods on the same dashboard for quick viewing and a more comprehensive data perception. You can select the following grouping intervals: Minute; Hour; Day; Week; Month. How can I add an image to the dashboard? Click on the "Add Chart" option in the top right corner, and then select "Dashboard Annotations." There, you can insert images and text separated by individual cards of the charts. How can I find out where the data presented on my dashboard comes from? Within the STILINGUE Studio, you can view the sources of the data presented on the dashboard by hovering your mouse cursor over the data source indicator icon in the upper left corner of each added component. The icons representing data sources are classified as follows: Social Listening: an icon indicating that the data for the component is from a non-proprietary source (open sea); Proprietary Metrics: an icon indicating that the data for the component is from a proprietary source (proprietary posts and pages); Smart Care: an icon indicating that the data for the components is from interactions conducted through STILINGUE Smart Care. After sharing the STILINGUE Studio dashboard, can I determine who can edit the content? Yes. The sharing via link, within the Settings area, allows the user to apply date filters that do not alter the data presented, only the visualization. On the other hand, the "Users with access" option determines that the person can delete/include elements in the charts and use filters within the environment. Is it possible to export chart data within STILINGUE Studio? Most components allow export in PNG, PDF, and SVG formats. Currently, it's not possible to export the entire dashboard. Is it possible to negate a theme or group within STILINGUE Studio? No. STILINGUE Studio doesn't offer a "negate" option within the Filter. If you want to create a filter without any theme/group, you need to select the "Unclassified" option. It's important to note that this action doesn't serve the same purpose as negating: when choosing "Unclassified," the filter will only bring posts that haven't been associated with any theme or group in the search. Please note that this option is the first one listed in the filter, below "Select All": Can I grant only reader access within the dashboard in STILINGUE Studio? Yes. Access to read is available within the Settings area. After setting the dashboard to "Published" – meaning other people can view it – you can copy the sharing link along with the access code for that area. Can I apply a filter to select all the dashboard charts at once? Yes. However, currently, this type of filter can only be done by date, by selecting the calendar: What happens when I select all the themes or groups in a chart in STILINGUE Studio? When selecting all filter options in STILINGUE Studio (checking "Select All" in the list), the system behaves the same as when there are no themes or groups selected. In other words, both filters are conceptually identical and should return the same volume of posts. See below how the filter appears when all themes/groups are selected: In comparison, we have the filter with no options selected: What do the percentage numbers below the numerical charts in STILINGUE Studio mean? The numbers refer to the comparative percentage with the previous period. If you select the 7 days filter in the calendar, setting it between 09/15 and 09/21, for example, the number (percentage) will compare the data from the previous 7 days, namely, from 09/08 to 09/15. What is the purpose of the Generate New Access Code function? This option within the STILINGUE Studio Settings area functions as an additional layer of security to share the dashboard. Since the new code renders the previous one unusable, you don't risk having the URL viewed by unauthorized users. After generating a new code, it should be resent to users to ensure the administrator's continued access via the sharing link. Why doesn't the image I uploaded to my STILINGUE Studio dashboard appear? Within STILINGUE Studio, image insertion is done via a URL - in other words, a link where the image file should be hosted. If the image you inserted isn't appearing, it's possible that the link was created from a private directory, such as within a restricted folder on Google Drive. This process is not recommended, as only people with access to the folder would be able to view the images. For this reason, it's important that the images used are hosted in a public image directory to ensure visibility on the dashboard. The STILINGUE technical team recommends the following options to perform this action: Postimages: https://postimages.org/ Imgur: https://imgur.com/ After uploading the desired images to your preferred platform and generating the URL, simply include it within the editing areas of STILINGUE Studio. What is the ideal size for images and banners within STILINGUE Studio? Images added through the Image component will occupy, in accordance with their proportion, the inner space of the Image component, also in line with the component's proportion (defined through the component's height and width settings). You determine the size of the banner on the dashboard according to the size of the Image component that can be defined. The image will occupy, within this component, the maximum size possible according to the image's aspect ratio multiplied by the component's proportion. What is the update interval after Automatic Refresh is activated? The data update frequency with Auto-Reload enabled is 5 minutes. If I have multiple dashboards, how do I share only one of them? User access, layout, and sharing options are restricted to the dashboard currently being viewed. The same user can have access to multiple boards, but the sharing link is unique for each board. If there is a need to share multiple boards via URL with the same user, each URL should be sent separately.
