Step-by-step guide to configure mTLS September 16, 2025 15:01 Updated Only a user with admin permission on the contract can perform the mTLS configuration.Step 1: To access the mTLS configuration screen, go to the contract dashboard and click on the "Authentication Certificates" option.Contract Dashboard ScreenStep 2: After accessing the "Authentication Certificates" option, a screen will be displayed listing the certificates already registered and providing an option to register a new certificate for your contract.mTLS Certificates ScreenStep 3: When you click on “Register new certificate”, a form will be displayed to fill in the required information for mTLS to work.Certificate Registration Screen – Certificate Upload StepCertificate Upload Step:Add a certificate file in PFX format.Only PFX certificates, with or without a password, are accepted for registration on the platform.Enter the password, if the certificate has one.Proceed to the next step.Certificate Registration Screen – Certificate Information StepCertificate Information Step:Add a description so you can identify your configuration after saving.Add one or more URLs where the certificate should be used.Only HTTPS URLs are accepted.Proceed to the next step.Certificate Registration Screen – Review StepReview Step:Verify that all the information is correct.
