To have access to TikTok Direct Messages it is necessary that the connected account be a Business type account.

Restrictions 

It is not possible to send more than 3 messages without the customer having responded.

What is it? 

TikTok Direct Message is the function that allows sending and receiving private messages between users within the platform itself.

Configuration 

The first step is to connect the TikTok account on Stilingue and ensure that the Inbox interaction is selected. If your account is already connected during the launch of this collection, it is necessary to perform the account connection again.

With the interaction selected, the messages that users send to the connected page will be collected.

Direct Message in Smart Care 

When a user sends a direct message to the TikTok page that is connected on Stilingue, this message will be collected and displayed in Smart Care.

From the moment the interaction is collected, it is possible to respond to messages through Smart Care normally.

In addition to text responses, it is also possible to respond with images. To send an image, click on the Add image icon.

⚠️ The images must be of the .jpg extension and the maximum size is 2MB

After selecting the file, it is necessary to send the image first to then continue responding.
