Real-Time Data: All available data is updated in real time. The New Active Notifications Panel consolidates data from sends made via the Growth API (whether through the Interface, Blip Desk, or directly via API). The new Analytics Panel replaces the Active Notifications Reports from Blip Insights and the Active Notifications Analytics Panel of Routers (both will be discontinued). The data in the new panels is updated in real time. Refresh your Portal page to update the data — new sends may take 5 to 10 minutes to be reflected on the panels. Target Audience and ObjectiveThis feature is aimed at analysts, managers, and professionals responsible for monitoring active chatbot campaigns, allowing them to: Identify bottlenecks in the flow between message sending and contact response. Discover the days and times with the highest engagement to schedule sends. Anticipate risks of WhatsApp number blocking by proactively monitoring template quality. How to Access the New Panel in the New Analytics SuiteThe new Blip analytics module can be accessed via the Analytics button in the top tab of your Blip Portal.Use the sidebar to access the Active Messages and Message Templates panels. Comparison: Previous Panel vs. New Panel Before Now Data available with a one-day delay (D-1) All data is available in REAL TIME Sending and response indicators shown only in individual cards Message Funnel with consolidated reading and funnel visualization Time evolution shown only by day Adjustable granularity by Day, Week, and Month Simple Response Peaks card Replaced by the Contact Window (heatmap crossing day × hour) Data view by Router Global Data View of Contract Routers with filtering options (subject to defined permissions). Template quality visible only on the contents screen Template Health integrated within the analysis screen No option to compare templates Template Performance with comparative funnel and time evolution General Analysis FiltersUse the filters at the top tab of the panels to select the period and categorization of the analysis. Applied filters will be reflected in all charts on the page.Available filter types Router Campaign (Defined in the send via the Growth interface) Message Template Channel (Currently available only for WhatsApp) IMPORTANT: The new Analytics mode view is now linked to your contract and no longer individualized within each router. This change brings greater governance and ease in analyzing your campaigns!Make sure the filters configured in your panel align with the analysis you want to perform! Interface Analysis BlocksThe screen is organized into four main analysis blocks:1. Message FunnelPresents two complementary readings of the same sequence of events: Consolidated indicators: Maps the volumes of the stages Sent, Received, Read, Responded, and Failed. Status of active messages: Displays the same data structured in a visual funnel format, highlighting where the greatest narrowing of the flow occurs. 2. Time EvolutionDistributes funnel indicators over time. A granularity selector allows switching the view between Day, Week, and Month, making it easier to identify peaks, drops, and seasonality patterns in sends.3. Engagement — Contact WindowReplaces the old Response Peaks card and details the engagement volume according to the applied period and segmentation filters. Allows switching between the metrics/indicators of Received, Read, and Response:Week View: Heatmap crossing the 7 days of the week with the 24 hours of the day. The color intensity indicates the accumulated volume within the filtered period. The legend categorizes intensity into 4 volume ranges (from 1 to 200 up to 2,000 or more).4. Message DiagnosticsComposed of two fundamental sections fed by direct integration with Meta's APIs:Template Health: Table detailing the template name, category (Meta classification: Marketing, Utility, or Authentication), approval status, and model quality. Quality states are: Status What It Means High Template with excellent evaluation from Meta. Medium Requires attention and monitoring. Low Risk of negative impact on the health of the WhatsApp number. It is recommended to review the message content. Not Available The template has not yet accumulated enough volume for Meta to assign a rating. This does not indicate failure or error. Sending Failures: Table specifying the error code, description, number of occurrences in the period, and percentage of representation over the total failures, accompanied by a visual severity indicator. Note: Codes and descriptions are defined by Meta and display exactly the API return. Drill Through Details and ExportingAll modules/charts on the Active Notifications screen allow drill through to access spreadsheets and export raw data.Available features in the detailed table: Navigation through records via configurable pagination. Customization of displayed columns: drag to reorder, search by field name, individual selection, or restore default. Export filtered data in CSV and XLSX formats, with a limit of 10,000 rows. Active Templates SectionUse the Active Templates section to compare the performance and health of your templates, conduct A/B tests, and boost your campaign results! Interface Analysis BlocksThe screen is organized into four main analysis blocks:1. Template FunnelA table by campaign and template showing sends, % received, % read, % responded, % failed — and who sent them. Understand the direct performance of templates through this view.2. Comparative Funnel - Template A/B TestTwo templates compared in the same funnel, step by step. Through this feature, evaluate the direct performance difference between templates. Ideal for A/B testing and campaign improvements.3. Comparative Time Evolution - Template A/B TestDeepen your comparative analysis between templates over the timeline and understand if there was wear or seasonality impact on performance. Step-by-Step to Monitor Campaign Performance Access the Analysis tab of your intelligent contact in Blip. Select the Active Notifications option in the menu. Choose the period you want to analyze (history up to 90 days) and apply the necessary segmentation filters. Examine the Message Funnel to identify where the greatest narrowing occurs in the message journey. Use the Time Evolution chart to check if detected variations are punctual or recurring. Consult the Contact Window to determine the ideal day of the week and time for upcoming sends. Access the Message Diagnostics to track templates with low quality and the main sending error codes. Compare performance in the Template Performance section to decide which models to keep or pause. If you need raw data for external reports, use the drill through feature and export the file in CSV. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)1. Why doesn't the sum of Received and Failed messages equal the total Sent? Not every sent message receives an immediate delivery or failure confirmation from WhatsApp (Meta). This technical interval (known as "limbo") can correspond, on average, to up to 4% of the total sends. This behavior is expected and occurs due to: User offline: Recipient is without internet connection, out of coverage area, or device is turned off. Number blocked: The end user has blocked the business account. Important note: Due to user privacy policies, Meta does not disclose the specific reason for the status not being updated. The timeframe for Meta to provide a new status can be up to 20 days. How to calculate and validate the acceptable margin of discrepancy:First of all, it is important to verify the health of your number and the integrity of the contact base used. These two factors directly impact the campaign result. Identify the total Sent (Example: 1,413). Identify the total Received (Example: 1,146). Identify the total Failures (Example: 218). Add Received and Failures: 1,146 + 218 = 1,364. Subtract the sum from total Sent: 1,413 - 1,364 = 49. Calculate 6% of total Sent: 1,413 × 0.06 = 84.78. Compare results: Since 49 is less than 84.78, the difference is within normal operational range. If the difference exceeds 6%, contact technical support. 2. I made a send and didn't see it in the panelCheck your sending method. The new panels reflect sends made via the Growth API – either through direct calls or the sending interface. Data from these campaigns will be available on the screen within a few minutes.Data from sends made via /messages and the Broadcast API can be retrieved via Data Extractor the day after sending.3. Why does a template show the quality as "Not Available"?This status is displayed when the template has not yet accumulated enough sending volume for Meta to calculate and assign a rating. This does not indicate a defect or error in the model.4. Why do error codes and descriptions change over time? The definition and naming of sending errors are managed directly by Meta. Blip displays exactly the information returned by the API in real time.5. Will everyone in my contract be able to access this data? No. Permissions differ between contract administrators/editors and users with editing access only on routers: Need more help?
