Creating entities and intents

After registering intentions (with examples of users) and entities, it is necessary to train and publish your model to use it. Training and publication is carried out through the Publication menu in the Artificial Intelligence module.

The first step is to train your model by clicking the Train AI model button. The training sends the model defined in the Blip to all AI providers active in the chatbot.

After training, the model must be published in order to use it, by clicking on the Publish button. The publication process means that the model, previously created and trained, can be used by the bot. Remember to train and publish your model whenever you make any changes to the set of intentions and entities.

Testing the trained and published model

To test the functioning of the model (analyzing possible messages from users) use the Test AI model button or the artificial intelligence extension, if you want to perform tests programmatically.
