Time zone selection in the ticket history filter July 04, 2024 13:55 Updated Time zone selection in the ticket history filter Designed for international accounts, the time zone selection functionality in the ticket history filter allows the account manager to choose which time zone they want to use to query the ticket history. To configure the time zone in the Portal, simply go to "Support > Support History": A selector will be presented for you to choose which time zone you want to use to analyze the history of your support bot: This option will be available if your computer is in a different time zone than the one indicated in the Portal. In other words, if your computer is in the same time zone as the Blip Portal, this option will not appear.
