In order for us to provide the most suitable functionalities, we need to collect, store and process some types of data. This means that we collect only what is necessary and if we have a specific purpose for doing so. Information you provide To use the Blip platform, you will need to provide us with some data - including personal data - depending on the context. This data will be used to provide our platform, such as: Account information: You will need to provide us with some personal data for setting up your account on Blip. We ask that the following data be provided: Full name, e-mail, password registration, company website, telephone and the number of employees of the registered organization. You can also choose to register your account through Google's email service, Gmail. Builder: When using this functionality, all data involved in creating the chatbot flow are collected and stored, including texts, images, files, urls and others. Artificial intelligence: The following data is collected and stored, when using this functionality, data from the Artificial Intelligence provider, Intentions (connection between what the user says and how his chatbot should understand and respond), Entities (categories with your application works on) and the Artificial Intelligence model. Channels: your chatbot project can be published on different channels and, for this integration to be carried out, information is collected as an integration token. Analysis: we collect and store usage data from your chatbot projects so that we can have analysis metrics and a basis for decision making for managing and evolving your chatbot. You can include event registration actions and, to allow the creation of customized reports, this data will be collected and stored. Contacts: all users who interact with your chatbot are registered on the platform. This registration is necessary for communication between chatbot and end user to be possible. Data is stored depending on the channel on which the chatbot is published, such as full name, location, photo, phone number and others. Attendance: a functionality is provided that allows attendance to a user to be performed manually. For the adequate supply of this resource, it is necessary to collect and store some data, such as full name, status and working hours of the attendants (users of the platform who will perform manual attendance). Growth: to use this feature, you will need to make a request by email or use the integration with Sugar Ads, where you will need to share your contact list. Resources: for the use of this functionality, all types of available content will be collected and stored. Log: this feature allows analysis and visualization of everything that is being sent and received by your chatbot. You will have the possibility to choose which permission level is the most appropriate, observing the minimum necessary to carry out the proposed activities. Payment information: the Blip platform has three types of plans: Standard, Business and Enterprise. Depending on the option you choose, you will be asked to provide additional personal and payment information - necessary for us to process the transaction and payment, such as your name, social security number and contact information. Communication: we can communicate with you via the email provided in the registration to inform you about something relevant to the Blip platform or send an invitation to participate in surveys that will help us better understand the needs of our users. Our sales team can also contact you using the telephone number provided in the registration. If you do not wish to receive these contacts, you can request the removal of your contacts through the email legal@blip.ai - in the case of emails, you can also unsubscribe from the receipt list through the link in the emails themselves.
