Output conditions

After configuring your intents and entities, training and publishing your model, you can use it within the Builder to create flows using your model.  To do this, on the Builder screen, select the block you want to add the use of your AI and then go to the output conditions tab. 

 

Afterwards click “+ Add exit conditions” then “If” select “Identified intent” or “Identified entity”. Also fill in the block comparison condition.

 

In the values field, you may choose the intent/entity you want to compare in this block and, if successful, choose the next state of your smart contact with “Go to”.

 

Setting up AI Reliability

In the side menu, select settings and under AI reliability it is possible to change the minimum value allowed to accept user response.
