Template Pacing Blip Help September 14, 2023 19:46 Updated Index: Introduction How It Works Introduction Starting on September 12th, a mechanism comes into action that allows adjusting marketing messages for the mass delivery of your campaigns. Template Pacing is a new feature implemented by Meta that enables quick feedback from your audience on recently created or resumed marketing message templates. Now, marketing messages that have received unsatisfactory feedback will be automatically paused. As a result, the delivery of your campaign may take a bit longer, but you will have enough time to fine-tune your content before mass sending and increase the chances of a successful campaign. How It Works When using a newly created marketing message template or resuming a paused template, messages will be sent as usual until an unspecified limit is reached. Once this limit is reached, the subsequent messages from that template will be held back to allow sufficient time for feedback from your audience. If the quality is high, the messages will be sent automatically. If the quality is low, the following scenario will occur: The message template will be paused. In the report, the description for messages that were not sent will be: "Something went wrong: Template is temporarily unavailable to use because it was paused due to low quality." This allows you to send a new campaign targeted to these recipients. WhatsApp Business account administrators will be informed about the unsent messages through notifications from Meta Business Suite, WhatsApp Manager banners, and email.
