Template Pacing April 22, 2024 12:21 Updated As of 09/12/2023, a mechanism comes into action that allows you to adjust marketing messages for mass sending of your campaigns. From 04/30/2024, a mechanism comes into action that allows you to adjust useful messages for mass sending of your campaigns. Template Regularity is a feature implemented by Meta that allows for quick audience feedback on message templates newly created or left “paused” status. Now messages who received unsatisfactory feedback will be automatically paused. This may take a little longer to send your campaign, but you will have enough time to adjust your content before mass sending and increase the chances of a successful campaign. In the case of Utility models, if a model in the category is paused, all new models in the same category, as well as those that have not been used, will still go through Template Pacing until the quality of the models being sent to the brands is proven. How it works When using a message template newly created template or resume a paused template, messages will be sent normally until an unspecified limit is reached. Once this limit is reached, future messages from that template will be held back to allow enough time for feedback from your audience. If the quality is high, shots will be taken automatically. If the quality is low, we will have the following scenario: The message template will be paused. In the report, the description of the messages that were not sent will be this: "Something went wrong: Template is temporarily unavailable to use because it was paused due to low quality." This way, you can send a new campaign aimed at these people. WhatsApp business account administrators will be informed about unsent messages via Meta Business Suite notification, WhatsApp Manager banner, and email.
