Does STILINGUE work the same way on all browsers?

No. STILINGUE currently has official support only for Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome browsers, in the current version and the two previous versions. This means that if the most up-to-date browser version is 80, this version and versions 79 and 78 will behave normally when accessing the platform.

How can browser extensions affect my experience with STILINGUE?

Extensions such as uBlock, AdBlock, Privacy Badger, and others that block trackers and ads can impair navigation and page loading within the platform. 

Furthermore, these extensions prevent our technical team from identifying issues in the system if irregular behavior is observed. Therefore, it is recommended to disable these extensions or configure them not to act on STILINGUE domains. 

You can test this in an incognito tab to see if extensions are affecting your navigation. 

 

Can I use STILINGUE on tablets or other mobile devices?

Not at the moment. The platform was developed to be accessed only on a computer. If you attempt to access it using mobile devices, you may encounter some issues, and not all functionalities may load.
