Introduction

The STILINGUE API is a gateway to platform data, designed for use in data analysis, integration with BI platforms, and/or customer service analysis, CRM, in the case of STILINGUE Smart Care.

Due to Social Media Compliance rules, information extracted by the platform cannot contain personal data that identifies a user: name, profile link, photo, etc. In this case, they will appear directly, being replaced by an "identifier". If the client wishes to access the original information, it is possible to do so using the generated identifier within the social media platforms. 

Access to the platform's API is done via calls to endpoints, where the information is retrieved using an API-TOKEN (numeric key) linked to the client's research.

Due to changes in Social Media Compliance Rules, the approval process has been updated and now includes the following steps:  




How to generate the API TOKEN

It is necessary to click on "Create the API Token for this survey," as shown in the following step:

 

After that, follow the steps.

Click in the field:

When clicking on "Create API Token," a message will appear with the API usage rules and confirmation from the MASTER to generate:

 

By agreeing to the terms, the API Token for the survey will be made available and is ready for use:

 

Attention ! To generate the API Token, it is necessary to be the Master of the account or an External Master chosen via permission.
