Once your search has started collecting online and offline publications through the Clipping service, they can all be found within the Press Wall. How it works Each publication will appear in the form of a card, in which metrics and various detailed information about the publication in question will be available. This is an example of a publication card: 1. It is the symbol that indicates from which channel we are collecting this publication. 2. The author of the publication. By clicking on this avatar, you are directed to the Influencer Dossier, where you will find various additional information. 3. By clicking "Read full publication", a box with the complete publication and a link to where the article was collected will open. Access our guide to accessing original clippings to learn better how to navigate the original posts. 4. The Metrics field about the publication will be used for articles collected on portals. Here you will have data on how many likes, comments, shares, or views a publication obtained from the portals that provided this information. 5. Here, you can quickly see which group or theme from your search configuration collected or classified this publication. 6. By clicking on this option, a menu with advanced choices for quick classification will open. All details will be displayed below in the section "Advanced Options"* In addition, you will also have the option to download the classification data. A significant portion of this data may be automatically filled in by the tool. Note: The field "Valuation," on the back of the card, corresponds to Advertising Equivalency in the Press Wall area. Advanced Options By clicking on "Advanced Options" at the end of your card, the following options will be displayed: 1. The first icon indicates the gender of the publication's author (male, female, or organization). If the post has not been classified or is incorrect, you can manually change it. 2. Through these emoticons, you can set the sentiment of the publication as positive, neutral, or negative. 3. This icon is used to mark that the publication has been checked. It is a manual control that will later allow filtering and viewing publications as checked, unchecked, or all. 4. By clicking on this icon, you will be directed to the publication directly at the location where it was collected. 5. By clicking on this item, various options will be displayed: 5.1. Clicking on the icon will copy the publication ID. 5.2. Add post scheduling: here you can enter the date, text, tag, and choose between: "save draft," "schedule post," or "publish now." This allows you to make a post within a publication using part of the content. 5.3. You can copy the original publication link to send to someone or export it. 5.4. In this icon, you can export the publication. 6. You can delete this publication from your monitoring. 7. Ban the author of the publication.
