Understanding how to use sentiment analysis of reviews on your Google Play app to extract more insights 

Google Play is the official digital distribution store for downloads of apps, movies, and games for the Android operating system. STILINGUE provides the possibility of including your proprietary Google Play page on the platform.

To locate the "Sentiment in Reviews" graph, go to the Reviews Analysis section through the side menu:

Another differentiator of STILINGUE is the automatic sentiment analysis of reviews. The graph presents the percentage of comments distributed according to the automatic sentiment classification of Positive, Negative, and Neutral. 

1. Chart viewing period 

Visualize the graph data by selecting whether the information appears per day, week, or month. 

2. Export Report

Export the graph in PDF format. 

3. Reload card

Update the chart information so that the most recent data is displayed. 

4. Export Button 

Export the chart by choosing between the image and various formats. 

5. Graph division

The graph is divided by sentiment classification (positive, negative, neutral, and unclassified) and total reviews.

Table 

1. Export

Export the content in CSV format through the table. 

2. Show

You can choose to view between 5 and 100 pieces of data at once. 

3. Search

Search for the numbers presented on the graph using the field.
