Overview - Google Play June 21, 2024 14:54 Updated Understand how to use the metrics of your Google Play app to extract more insights Google Play is the official digital distribution store for the Android operating system, allowing users to download apps, movies, games, and more. STILINGUE provides the possibility of including your proprietary Google Play page on the platform. With this functionality, it's possible to collect scores and comments (the main indicators of brand "reputation") left by users. By accessing the Proprietary Metrics section, you will have access to metrics that display information about your app's performance according to the desired date range. Google Play metrics are updated in the War-Room every 10 minutes. Attention! This section analyzes the proprietary publications from the connected page. If you delete the publications from your page, the collected data will no longer be displayed, as these metrics are directly related to proprietary publications. Go to the settings field below and select your Google Play app page. Note: The range can be edited through the filter option, located in the upper right corner of the screen. Overview Proprietary Metrics will be displayed in the Overview section. There are two available metrics: 1. Star rating: Displays the average star rating left by all users. 2. Sentiment of comments in reviews Displays the quantity of reviews evaluated with "Positive," "Negative," "Neutral," or "Unclassified" sentiment. Reviews without comments will be counted as "Unclassified." Note: It is possible to manually classify the sentiment of a comment through the card on the publication wall, just go to the end of the card and then click on Show Advanced Options. This way, you can manually classify the sentiment and explore other options.
