TikTok Analysis - Overview June 04, 2024 13:46 Updated Track and analyze the most relevant metrics of your TikTok pages. By accessing TikTok within the Proprietary Metrics section, you can monitor the performance of your posts, understand your followers' behavior, and gain insights tailored to your business strategies. TikTok TikTok is a global community where users can create, share, and enjoy short-duration videos. Currently, it is responsible for launching trends that go viral on social media and is increasingly being used by brands to establish a closer connection with their audience. Considering this, STILINGUE has included this platform as a channel for collecting publications. Important! This area features proprietary publications from the connected page. If you delete publications directly from your page, the collected data will no longer be displayed, as these metrics are directly related to proprietary publications. Access the Overview section within Proprietary Metrics to track detailed information about the performance of your page: Top Menu In this area, you'll find some controls that allow you to filter and analyze the data presented within a specific date range. Additionally, it's also possible to reprocess the collection and clear caches. Important! Within the Overview section, below each metric, the comparative percentage is displayed based on the collected data. This means that when filtering a time period, a percentage comparison will be made with the previous period, which can be positive, negative, or neutral. By selecting your proprietary page, you'll have access to this screen where the following metrics will be available: 1. Posts Total number of publications made by the account within the selected period. 2. Average reach per publications The calculation of the average Reach considers the total Reach divided by the number of publications. The total Reach is the number of unique users who viewed the publications in the selected period. 3. Average views per publication Considers the total number of views (the number of times a video was viewed in a publication) divided by the number of publications. 4. Interactions In this section, you can view the total number of Interactions that a publication received in the selected period using the following metrics: 4.1. Total The Total Interactions correspond to the sum of all Interaction metrics, namely: Number of Views on posts + Likes + Comments + Shares 4.2. Video views Number of views made by users. 4.3 Likes Number of likes on publications. 4.4. Comments Number of comments made on publications in the selected period. 4.5. Shares Quantity of times publications were shared by users within the selected period in the filter. 5. Engagement Index The Engagement Index calculation considers the following formula: Engagement = (likes + comments x 1.5 + shares x 2) / reach x 100 Therefore, each interaction carries a different weight in the analysis. 6. Videos Compare the metrics of publications in the selected period and their variation from the previous period. 6.1. Total video playback time Some of the playback time of videos from all publications. 6.2. Average playback time Some of the playback time of videos divided by the total number of publications. 6.3. Total views on videos Sum of views that watched the entire video divided by the total number of publications For more information, visit the discussion on the subject at our community or videos on our channel. 😃 Related articles Data Collected from TikTok - Proprietary Metrics Publications - TikTok How to use the Queue-jump extension TikTok Integration Custom Breaks
