Proprietary Metrics is the area of STILINGUE where you will have access to various metrics that display information about the performance of your proprietary page according to the desired date range.

See below which metrics are (and which are not) collected by your proprietary TikTok profile

 

Platform collection SLA:All collection channels have a 95% SLA between average time and the time limit (indicated below). The collection expectation is 99.0% of posts within 24 hours after the time limit. 

 

Note: the "Update" column should also be considered to identify the date range and the amount of data collected at the time the proprietary page is connected.

Not all interactions in mentions are returned by TikTok. The profile of the user making the mention must be public. Comments with more likes and a higher number of characters are prioritized. Mentions made by minors or by users with an undefined age are not returned.

*Collection Limitations

  • Darkposts will be collected, but they won’t be differentiated from organic posts;
  • We do not guarantee the collection of all types of darkposts;
  • Only videos available on the brand’s TikTok page will be collected;
  • It will not be possible to use AI for automatic sentiment classification on TikTok.
  • The age classification of profiles is done by TikTok itself. We have no control over this process, nor visibility into how it is carried out
