Note: the "Update" column should also be considered to identify the date range and the amount of data collected at the time the proprietary page is connected. Data Do we collect? Limitation Automatic Retroactive Likes/Fans/Followers Yes All TikTok indicators are updated at a rate according to the SLA documentation. Publication by type No The API does not allow the display of this data. First-level comments Yes*, with webhooks To collect more than what is specified in the collection window, whether in terms of time or the number of comments/replies, we depend on the sending of webhooks by the social network. TikTok may send webhooks for comments on ads that currently may not be collected by the videos api. It is at TikTok's full discretion whether or not to send these webhooks, and we have no way to differentiate in the data which are comments on ads. Last 30 comments within 7 days and according to the SLA documentation Comment replies Engagement Index Yes Information about Reach Yes Information about Prints No Information about views Yes Profile Visits Yes Sentiment Analysis (comments, reviews, mentions) No The API does not allow the display of this data. Evolution of likes, fans, or followers base Yes Posts Yes* Last 20. DarkPost Yes No dedicated API for this collection. Merged with the normal collection of Posts. We do not guarantee the collection of all darkpost modalities; they are collected together mixed with organic data and, according to TikTok documentation, we only collect those that are marked to “only show in ads”. Comments mentioning the non-proprietary video page Yes* Not all interactions in the comments that mention are returned in the API. The profile of the person who mentions must be public. Comments with more likes and a higher number of characters are prioritized. Mentions made by minors or those with an undefined age are not returned. Samplery by API definition subject to TikTok's own ranking/filtering. For mentions of the page, the page must be explicitly tagged with the @(business handle). The social network is not clear about when it updates the interaction ranking (for example, if it re-ranks the top 1000 every 1 minute, or 20 minutes), therefore they are also subject to loss if something eventually enters and leaves the ranking before the collection is executed. The execution time of each collection can be seen in the Technical Data document. In addition to everything described above, see general collection limitations at the end of the document*. Up to one thousand comments within 90 days Videos that mention the page Videos mentioning brand hashtags *General limitations on collections of interactions, posts, and mentions: Only organic videos that are available on the brand's TikTok page will be collected; Videos with music copyright violations are not collected; Profile age classification is done by TikTok itself. We have no control over this process, nor visibility into how it is performed; TikTok reserves the right NOT to return any data without further explanation due to its internal safety and trust policies.
