With it, it is possible to find ongoing attendances or start new interactions more agilely, using information such as name or phone number. How it works The search can be performed by typing: Contact name Phone number The system will search for the typed term across the entire database, considering matches in any part of the contact — beginning, middle, or end. Search rules To ensure performance and assertiveness, the functionality has some rules: It is necessary to type at least 3 characters or digits to start the search The search accepts both text and numbers Search results The result considers partial matching, meaning it does not need to be the complete term. The search returns: Already open conversations Previously saved contacts If no results are found If no results are found, you can still start a new conversation: It will be possible to create a new attendance directly from the search You will be directed to send an Active Message Need more help?
