How to change the avatar (photo) of the bot

The photo of a smart contact (bot) is one of the most important pieces of information in this type of application. It is through it that the first connection between the customer and the company's brand is created.

To change a bot's avatar photo, go to the Blip portal, click on Settings and choose an image.

Note: An avatar image should preferably be in a 1:1 (square) format. The minimum dimension required by Meta is a maximum of 640 pixels and a minimum of 198 pixels.
