How to change the avatar (photo) of the bot

The process is valid only for on-premise clients.

The photo of a smart contact (bot) is one of the most important pieces of information in this type of application. It is through it that the first connection between the customer and the company's brand is created.

To change a bot's avatar photo, go to the Blip portal, click on Settings and choose an image.

 

Note: An avatar image should preferably be in a 1:1 (square) format. The minimum dimension required by Meta is a maximum of 640 pixels and a minimum of 198 pixels.

 

WhatsApp Channel

If your bot is already published on the WhatsApp channel, there have been some changes made by Meta and the process of changing the WhatsApp image is carried out internally by support.

 

Remembering that the image that will be changed is the same as the print below:

 

It is necessary to open a ticket, with support, informing that you want to change your WhatsApp avatar and forwarding the image using the following parameters established by Meta:

 

Formats: JPG or PNG

Size: maximum 5mb

Minimum resolution: 192x192 px

Recommended resolution: 640x640 px

 

It is important that the profile image meets these parameters so that we can have a good result in the Meta evaluation.
