When creating a campaign, you can choose to send it now or schedule it for a future date and time. This way, you can plan your campaigns and communication flow in advance, send messages outside business hours and on weekends, and align the sending times with the availability of your customer service and sales teams. How to Schedule a Campaign In the portal, click on °°° and choose the Growth option. Then select the Active Messages menu: Click the "Send Active Messages" button to create and schedule your campaign: If the portal does not display the Send Active Messages button, check if the chatbot is correctly connected to the WhatsApp channel. Follow the steps to configure the audience that will receive your campaign, its content, and whether you want to direct the user into a flow after their response. Then just click schedule active messages and your campaign will appear in the list on the home page of the Active Messages menu. Attention: the scheduled time corresponds to the start of the message sending process. Some users may not receive the messages exactly at the specified time. If there are any failures in creating a scheduled campaign, it will be flagged in the listing on the home page, and you'll also be notified via email. How to Identify a Scheduled Campaign In the home page of the Active Messages menu, all campaigns created for your chatbot are listed, whether they are scheduled or not. The listing shows the following campaign data: Campaign name: defined by you when creating it; Message status: shows the number of messages sent, failed, received, and read for that campaign; Scheduled campaigns: campaigns that have not yet been processed show zeroed status. When processing begins, you'll see the message "processing" in this column. Scheduling: provide the date and time when the campaign processing will start. Campaigns sent immediately upon creation will display the message "Not Scheduled" in this column. Sending date: indicates the date and time when the campaign was sent.Scheduled campaigns that haven't been processed yet will display the status "Pending". You can filter the list to show only scheduled campaigns by toggling the switch "show only scheduled". How to Edit or Delete a Scheduled Campaign Hovering over the right side of a scheduled campaign that hasn't been processed yet, you will find options to edit and delete the campaign: Attention: these options are not available for campaigns that have already been sent. Clicking the edit button allows you to change the sending time for that campaign, with the option to send it now or reschedule to a different day and time: It will not be possible to change other aspects of the campaign, such as the audience, content, or targeting. Clicking the delete option displays a confirmation message. Just click "Yes", to continue and delete the campaign. The deleted campaign will no longer appear in the list of campaigns and will not be sent to users.
