Connecting to the AI provider

To connect to an AI provider, the user should provide the API key and a valid URL. From now on, the Builder has an immediate credential verification connected to an external resource.

By including an incorrect “API key” or “URL” and clicking on the button “connect”, the platform will report an error.

To identify the source of the error, just click on the button with the letter “i”.

The platform will present a pop-up window with the error details, being possible to correct it before the “publishing” step and the “train the AI model” feature.

If the user proceeds to the “publishing” step and uses the “train the AI model” feature with the invalid credential, the platform reports the error with the footer message “There was an error in the training”.

However, by inserting a correct “API key” or “URL” and clicking on the button “connect”, the platform validates the credentials.

By validating the credentials, the platform will report the “connected” status and the footer message of “connected provider!”
