Sharing Policy - STILINGUE Studio January 16, 2024 20:55 Updated Index: Introduction Sharing from STILINGUE Studio Introduction STILINGUE takes data privacy very seriously, which means ensuring that all features and functionalities comply with the standards and data usage terms established by social networks (clause 11) and also with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). To be in compliance with these rules and with the Platform's Terms of Use, it is necessary to take some precautions when allowing users who are not part of your organization or do not have authorized access to STILINGUE dashboards to access the data generated by the tool. Sharing from STILINGUE Studio STILINGUE Studio has a sharing system that makes it easy to distribute dashboards to any user through the sharing code. However, social media privacy rules stipulate that some components available for dashboard application contain information that should not be accessed by anonymous users. As a third-party approved by Connected Services (social networks), STILINGUE must ensure data usage traceability to the Connected Services. These components currently represent 5% of the entire list of components available in the product, and they are listed below: Top Influencers; Hottest Posts; Posts with the most likes; Most recent posts; Posts with the most followers; Posts with the Highest Engagement; Operator Attendance Distribution. The components can be used as usual in STILINGUE Studio's dashboards. However, if the sharing feature is enabled by an authorized user and the dashboard contains components with personal data, these components will not be available to invited users and will be automatically hidden. In other words, the invited user will be able to access the dashboard and view all components, except those containing personal data. If sharing is already enabled when adding a component that has personal data, the user will be informed, before adding it to the dashboard, that the component will not be available for viewing by invited users, and they can proceed with the addition under such conditions. It is important to remember that an authorized user is one who belongs to the client's organization or has been previously authorized by them, in accordance with Clause 3.4.2 of the Terms of Use.
