When comparing an influencer in Listening with an influencer who has a connected page on the platform, does this comparison have significant differences, making it "unfair"? Who can create automation rules? I removed posts from the search, but the total number of posts did not decrease. What might have happened? We know that the Correlated Terms chart is a bit slower compared to others. Is there any date limitation? We know that the size of circles in the charts in the WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT section is proportional to the volume of posts. How do these circles appear when the volume difference is very large? If someone makes a post in Spanish on my proprietary channel in Brazil, will STILINGUE Spanish collect that post? And vice versa, a post in Portuguese on a channel in Spanish? If someone makes a post in English on one of my proprietary channels in another language, will STILINGUE English collect that post? And in the case of a post in Portuguese on a channel in English? If I apply a tag in the scheduling/publication process, will it be applied within my search when that post is collected? If I have a connected proprietary page, can I respond to comments directly in the Publication Wall? If I use a very long text search period, does it affect data loading? If my search reaches the limit and is paused, is there automatic retroactivity for posts not collected in Listening? I always find repeated terms counted separately, like SpaceX and Spacex, or Elonmunsk and Elon Musk. Are they classified separately? Is it possible to add Spanish Groups to a current search? I changed the name of the group collecting via the Twitter Enterprise API, what happens? Once scheduled, can the publication still be changed? Once a filter is chosen, is it possible to change the Board parameters or return to the initial configuration? Does using "term1&&term2" count as only (1) one term in my contracted limit, or does it count as two terms? Do users who comment on a proprietary publication appear as anonymous in the search? Can the acceleration of terms change depending on the date we apply the filter? There may be a change, as it represents a snapshot of the filter's moment, meaning a term may also appear hot in a filter from a year ago. Changes can also occur considering retroactive adjustments, reprocessing, post deletions, annotations, or delays in data collection. Is the text search in the Publication/Conversation Filter considered somewhat slower compared to other types of filters? STILINGUE's text search is performed from two distinct databases. The first database filters based on text, while the second organizes graph data, bringing filtered publications, among other actions. This process requires a greater number of steps that need to be executed to complete the operation, resulting in a longer time for filter searches. Does the calculator automatically extract the random part of the sample? No, this process is not automatic. To determine the necessary sample, click on the calculator icon and choose the following parameters: confidence level, margin of error, total population, and required sample. For more details on the process, refer to the guide on the sample confidence calculator. The "Real-time Alert" option is not showing for me. What might have happened? When accessing the Create New Alert section in Listening, you have the option to choose the frequency at which your alert will be sent via email. The real-time alert is related to the account group. Therefore, permission to create it depends on the plan in which the user's account group that created the search is inserted. You will be able to view and activate the real-time Alert option if the account in which the survey is located has the following plans: Ultra Elite It won't be possible to display and activate the real-time Alert option if the plans are: Trial Light External user Before explaining the behavior for this type of user, it is important to remember that permission to create the real-time Alert is related to the user account group that created the survey. Therefore, if you belong to an account group with the Elite or Ultra plan, you will be able to create a real-time Alert. But if you, belonging to one of these groups, are invited as an external user to join a Trial or Light group, you will not be able to create the real-time Alert within that survey (Trial or Light), as the permission does not refer to users but rather to the plans of the groups. Some publications have been classified with the wrong Theme; I need to remove this Theme and assign a new one. Is it possible? Yes. To remove the classification, you must choose the Theme you want to exclude in the publications by double-clicking. The Theme will turn red, indicating that the manually selected publications will no longer have that classified theme. When acquiring STILINGUE Spanish, will my current search be affected in the publications already collected? No, as the Spanish STILINGUE's artificial intelligence engine is different from the one that collects publications in Portuguese. By opting for the product, you will have access to a new search panel where you can collect publications in Spanish and Portuguese. This way, your previous research will not undergo any changes. When acquiring STILINGUE English, will my current search be affected in the publications already collected? No, as the STILINGUE English artificial intelligence engine is different from the one that collects publications in Portuguese or Spanish. By opting for the product, you will have access to a new search panel where you can collect publications in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. This way, your previous research will not undergo any changes. When applying editing to selected publications, what is the difference between the Selected and Filtered buttons? The Selected button will make changes to the manually selected publications or all on that page (only if the Select All option is activated). On the other hand, the Filtered option applies bulk annotation (to insert tags, themes, groups, sentiment, and fact-checking) to up to 30,000 publications at a time. This means that even if you need to edit more than 30,000 publications, you need to perform this operation in increments of 30,000 to apply the annotations. This limitation does not apply to bulk removal annotations. Therefore, there is no limit to the number of publications that can be removed in this operation. When creating a publication with an image in the Publish and Schedule area, can I include files of any size? How many images can I include? No. The recommendation is that image files be up to 6MB in JPEG, PNG, or GIF formats. You can include one (01) image per publication. When including network operators in the search, is it possible to obtain retroactive data? No. Publications are collected from the moment network operators are included in the search. Retroactive does not work for this type of publication. When inserting and editing terms in the Twitter Enterprise group, does the edited term move to the first position in the group? Does this editing influence the order of terms? Yes. To perform the search, descriptors (within the contracted term limit) included in the group are analyzed. Any changes made to these terms will be accounted for by the system, which will check this in the next search. Therefore, the order of descriptors can bring different publications, depending on the edit, affecting the collection. When using the Comparative Matrix, sometimes the results of the chart and the Zoom are different. Why is this happening? Sometimes, this happens because a theme has been negated in the Publications Filter, and Zoom does not consider the negated theme . For example, in this matrix, we have 3159 publications for that point. However, when zooming in, the number of publications will be higher since the zoom does not consider the negated theme. In Zoom, all publications for that period for the group and the theme in question will be counted. Do the spots on the map in Where They Are Talking relate to the sentiment of the publications? Yes. Red colors represent negative publications, while green represents positive sentiment. Do follower metrics for Instagram posts appear in Listening? Yes. When an Instagram publication is collected, the first social metrics update occurs 30 minutes after this collection (and continues to be updated once a day for 7 days, provided the publication has a minimum of 10 interactions). The profile's follower count is updated each time a new publication from the profile in question is collected, provided the author of the publications has a minimum of 1000 followers. Due to API restrictions, follower metrics for this type of publication will not be displayed in the following situations: If the publication was collected via hashtag; If the publication is a proprietary mention classified in Listening. How often can I receive alerts? Alerts can be received based on the option you configure when creating the alert. The available options are as follows: When you click on the box, the options will appear. They are: Daily Alert: emails are sent every day. The system scans the search every 180 minutes to identify publications that belong to that alert and looks for publications within a 2-day window. After scanning the search, the alert will be sent if it has not already been delivered on that day; Weekly Alert: emails are sent every Monday at 05:00 and search for publications within a 7-day window; Monthly Alert: emails are sent every first Monday of the month at 04:00, searching for publications within a 30-day window; Real-time Alert: emails are sent with intervals of 10 to 15 minutes, on average, and search for publications within a 24-hour window. It is important to note that the alert delivery time is not customizable but predefined by the platform according to the points mentioned above. If the moment of alert creation is considered as the starting point, the system will then scan the search every 180 minutes from that point. Therefore, a notification may be received at least 180 minutes after the alert was created (if it complies with the conditions defined by the alert). Once the email is triggered on that date, no other alert email will be sent until midnight (00:00) of the same date. After 00:00, a new verification cycle scanning the search every 180 minutes is initiated, and the email triggering will follow the same logic described above. Note: Real-time Alert is not available for the account group (that created the search) included in the plans: Trial and Light. How is the AAA Ranking score calculated and what does it signify? The ranking score indicates the relevance of influencers according to the search configured in the tool. To calculate the overall influencer score, a geometric average is taken between the Attractiveness, Affinity, and Reach values. Therefore, assuming an influencer has the following metrics: Attractiveness = 10, Affinity = 20, Reach = 30, their score would be calculated as the cubic root of (10 x 20 x 30) = 18.17 points. How is the quantity of publications within the Comparative Matrix sample calculated? The Comparative Matrix graph in Listening combines a cross-section of data from the Groups and Themes defined by you. In the upper right corner, you can view a sample of publications. Through this sample, the graph presents an analysis of a quantity of publications collected by the search. The number of publications contained in the sample can vary greatly. The calculation considers all publications that: Respect the filter parameters (date, channel, sentiment...); Are within at least one Group; They have been classified under at least one Theme. It is important to highlight that the maximum number of publications to generate a sample is 5 million. How is the Potential Reach calculated in the Overview? Before explaining how the Potential Reach is calculated in STILINGUE, it is important to note that the value of this metric may vary according to the social network and types of interactions returned in the filter. The following metric is considered: the value represents 20% of the number of distinct followers, that is, those that do not repeat within the search. The highlighted value for Potential Reach is taken from the user with the highest number of followers. From this data, the system will calculate the 20%. Example: In the filter, there are 10 publications made by the same user. The number of followers of the 10 publications is checked, and the highest is considered. Only after these steps is the 20% percentage used for Potential Reach. How is the sentiment index calculated? The Sentiment Index (in Summary > Overview) is calculated as follows: The percentage of positive publications - the percentage of negative publications. How is the Total Users calculated in the Overview? This metric considers the sum of unique users divided by channel, according to each social network. This means that, in the case of networks that have more than one channel on the platform (such as, for example, Facebook and Facebook comments), the unique users of each channel will be counted separately. How are metrics updated for Twitter Enterprise? The update of Twitter Enterprise metrics follows the same parameters as Twitter. This means that all metrics for publications made in the last 7 days with at least 10 interactions when collected or published by a profile with more than 2000 followers will be updated. In this case, the quantity of comments will not be updated. How is a specific calculation performed to generate the Ranking/Evolution chart while filtering Potential Reach? It is calculated based on the quantity of unique users who have posted during the filtered period. So, for example, if on May 21st there were 30 posts, but only 28 unique users, the potential reach will be 20% of the followers of each person in the filter, not necessarily of the posts. How is the calculation for the influence AAA Ranking done? The AAA Ranking is calculated based on three criteria: ATTRACTIVENESS, AFFINITY, and REACH. These are calculated as follows: ATTRACTIVENESS: We evaluate each user's activity through the engagement of their followers with the posts they publish. From 10 actions (likes and/or shares) on a post, it is considered VIRAL and contributes to the calculation to earn ATTRACTIVENESS points. AFFINITY: Among the detected VIRAL posts, we observe the diversity of terms (keywords) configured in your search. The higher the incidence of terms among VIRAL posts and the search, the greater a user's AFFINITY with the selected search. REACH: To determine REACH, we take a weighted average of the potential of these VIRAL posts to impact the followers of each user. For each criterion, a score is assigned. The overall score is calculated by geometric mean between the values of Attractiveness, Affinity, and Reach. Therefore, assuming an influencer has the following metrics: Attractiveness = 10, Affinity = 20, Reach = 30, their score would be calculated as follows: cubic root of (10 x 20 x 30) = 18.17 points. How do I find the ID of a publication in Listening? Access the Publication Wall and locate the card of the desired publication. At the bottom of the card, click on "Show advanced options" and then on the icon, and select the "Copy publication ID" option: Upon copying the ID, the system will display the following confirmation message in the bottom corner of the screen: How do I include the IDs from my research in the Automation section? When creating a new Automation rule, you will find the option to insert the IDs within the "If..." field. After selecting this option, you can include up to 5,000 IDs in the "Parameter." As you add each ID, separated by commas or spaces, the counter indicates how many more you can insert. It's important to note that by selecting the IDs in this option, it will not be possible to add another "If..." condition below with IDs again. How do I add an interest? New interests can be added in the search configuration under the "NEW INTERESTS" section. How do I collect retweets? To collect retweets within the Twitter Enterprise group, retweet collection within the search must be enabled. Enabling retweet collection is done upon request to your account's success manager. The collected retweets will also be counted as posts. How do I find a publication saved as a draft in the Publish and Schedule section? Within "Publish and Schedule," click on the Draft tab to view publications saved in this format. If you have many saved drafts and need a more refined search, go to the Search field and enter the desired publication name. How do I hide a specific term from Themes and Topics? Click the Manage Terms button at the top of the chart to remove words you do not want to appear on the chart. Another option is to use the arrows at the ends of each "slice" of terms to change the view, allowing you to expand or hide Groups, Themes, and terms. How do I remove interest classifications and tags using Multiple Editing? Unlike removing Groups and Themes, with interests and tags, you need to put the (-) operator in front of the term you want to negate and select it in the text box. The terms will appear in red. After this action, the classification of interests or tags will be unchecked in the posts. What is the classification of themes for posts collected retroactively? After a retroactive collection, the posts collected by the Groups registered in your Search Configuration, in Listening, will exhibit the same behavior as real-time collection. In this case, the posts should display the Themes from the Search Configuration assigned to them previously. How does color customization work in Themes and Topics? By clicking the "Show Sentiment" button located at the top, you determine whether the colors will represent the sentiment of the terms related to the Groups or Themes shown in the chart (according to the visualization selected in the "Toggle Groups/Themes View" button). Clicking "Show Sentiment" again deactivates this setting – meaning the colors will no longer be associated with sentiment. Regardless of the chosen option, at any time, you can click on the desired Group or Theme to select a "slice" of terms and apply a new color. You can choose between sentiment gradations (very positive, positive, neutral, negative, very negative) or a custom color (e.g., blue) to highlight that slice on the chart. How does the display of my GMB information work in Listening? When accessing the "Publication Wall" area, click on the Publication Filter and select "Google My Business Reviews" as the collection channel. This way, the reviews from your registered page in "My Connections" will be returned. You have the option to export these reviews in CSV format: Still in Listening, when selecting the Conversation Filter, you gain access to all proprietary pages registered in your account and can access more than one social network at the same time. For this option, when selecting "Google My Business" as the channel, you can choose as many places as you want to start the analysis: How does the Top 10, 20, and 30 visualization work in the Comparative Matrix chart in Discoveries? The Comparative Matrix allows the intersection between Groups and Themes to compare the distribution of posts in relation to other research parameters. In addition to viewing all registered Groups and Themes, you can sort the Groups/Themes by Top 10, Top 20, or Top 30. The chart data will be organized according to the Top Groups/Themes on the left axis (y), while on the horizontal axis (x), the selected Groups/Themes will be displayed in the order they were created in the Research Configuration. It is also important to note that the Top 10, 20, or 30 will always be organized by the total value of a Group or Theme listed on the y-axis, regardless of the segmentation observed on the x-axis. Therefore, a Group in the first position on the y-axis will always have a total number of posts greater than the Groups in the lower positions of the chart. For this reason, the Comparative Matrix may not always present a sequence of "dots" exactly from largest to smallest in the vertical direction, as only the total value of the Groups or Themes on the y-axis, not the x-axis, will determine the final order. Due to this characteristic of the chart, it is also possible that a more comprehensive view (Top 20 or 30) may show larger data on the x-axis than those observed in the first selections of the Top 10, for example. How does STILINGUE Spanish work, and how can I acquire it? With STILINGUE Spanish, you can connect pages, create surveys, gather insights, all in Spanish, using all the tools you already know from the STILINGUE platform in Portuguese. To acquire the product, simply get in touch with your Account Manager. How does STILINGUE English work, and how can I acquire it? With STILINGUE English, you'll be able to connect proprietary pages, create surveys, gather insights, and analyze publications in the English language, all with the functionalities you already know from the STILINGUE platform for Portuguese and Spanish. To acquire the product, simply get in touch with your Account Manager. How does the Distribution by Regions chart work in the Listening Overview when I select the Conversation Filter? As this type of filter brings proprietary publications to the Listening area, this behavior is different from organic publications. Understand what is necessary for the chart to contain the data provided by the social network: The social network must allow the user to enter location in the interaction; The user must include location in the interaction; The API of the relevant social network must provide geolocation data. See below the geolocation data that may or may not be obtained, according to each network: Facebook Facebook allows the user to enter location in some types of interaction. For this social network, it is possible to identify in the chart: Visitor Posts Posts with mentions Twitter Twitter's API provides location data. Through Twitter, users can provide location in: Tweets Replies to tweets Instagram Instagram's API does not provide geolocation, although it allows users to include location in their posts. Therefore, even if the interaction has a location tagged on the social network, this data will not be considered in the Distribution by Regions chart. YouTube Similarly to Instagram, the YouTube API does not provide geolocation but allows users to include this information in posts (except in comments). Therefore, even if the interaction has a location tagged on the social network, this data will not be displayed on the Regions Distribution chart. LinkedIn LinkedIn does not offer the option of location for users. How does the Listening publication card display Groups and Themes if one of the Groups is not selected in the filter? If in the same publication, there are two (or more) Groups or Themes classified, and only one of them is selected in the filter, both groups will appear on the card. To prevent any of these Groups from appearing, it is necessary to deselect the Group in the filter. How can I determine if Twitter's default collection meets my needs? Although Twitter's default collection is sample-based, the coverage is close to the total volume observed in regular events and occasions, without an unusual increase in collection. If your research falls within these parameters, the default collection is sufficient. However, this scenario changes in situations of high buzz, such as crises with national/international repercussions, topics trending on Twitter's Trending Topics, and political issues. In these cases, it is advisable to adopt Twitter Enterprise to ensure the total collection of posts. How do I find out the author of a featured headline on the Social Headlines Board? In addition to the main title, each board related to a news article displays the name of the media outlet responsible for the publication in the upper left corner. How can I determine which image collected in my research received the most interactions? You can check this information in different ways: one option is to go directly to Visual Media in the side menu under Publications. The images will be organized according to the selected filter and volume of interactions (likes, comments, and shares), arranged from left to right in descending order. For more information, refer to the Visual Media guide. You can also access the Publications Filter within the Wall and select only the Image icon, leaving other media options (video, text, etc.) unchecked. This way, only posts with images will be displayed. How are the size and colors of headlines determined on the Social Headlines Board? The size of the titles on the chart varies according to the number of interactions for each publication, while the color changes based on sentiment: green (positive), red (negative), or yellow (neutral). How are the Main Interests defined? How are publications classified with an interest? Interests are defined based on what users post on social networks. If a search collects posts about "dance," users who made these posts will be classified based on the interests they have on social media. The user's activity is analyzed based on posts that STILINGUE has access to, meaning nothing private is considered. The text the user posts is categorized into interests and processed within the system. Suppose the user writes words like "sound"; this user's interest will be classified within our system as "music," for example. The text a user publishes is a kind of reflection of their thoughts, hence the classification of interests. It is possible to create custom interest classifications within the search configuration and apply them to users. How are RT publications from Influencers ordered? Publications are ordered according to the value of the following metrics, in this order: Number of followers of the user who made the retweet; Number of followers of the user who posted the original tweet; Number of shares of the original tweet. Publications are sorted in descending order from left to right. Can I add a social media profile to the Influencer Dossier? It is possible to add the URL of a profile directly to the Dossier if it, in addition to being Business, has some publication collected in the STILINGUE database. Learn how to identify if a profile is Business in this guide. Can I schedule stories through STILINGUE? No. Currently, the Publish and Schedule functionality does not include scheduling temporary publications such as Stories (for Instagram or Facebook) or Fleets (in the case of Twitter). Can I change the update cycle of the charts on each Board? Yes, you can. In the Top Menu, click on the clock icon to change the update time, choosing between 3, 6, 15, 30, or 60 minutes. Can I quickly search for mentions or hashtags in the Publications Filter of the Listening tool? Yes. For textual search, Stilingue considers some special characters. Are they: 1. “#” It is possible to combine "#" to search for hashtags, both in the text of the publication and in the title. It is not necessary to write in quotes because the search becomes for the hashtag. 2. “@” You can also use "@" to search for mentions. As in the previous example, it is not necessary to write in quotes. By placing the @ symbol, the search will be for mentions to the profile. 3. “&” The symbol & can be included in the search to locate terms, brands, profiles, any word that has the character. 4. “*” The asterisk has the function of gathering the parameters of a character, according to its characteristic. Example: if the search is done with "@*", the asterisk causes all mentions to be searched in the filter, regardless of the profile. The same happens with "#". The asterisk searches for all publications that have this symbol. If you search for #*, all publications with hashtags will be returned, regardless of the text. Can I create a specific alert for a hashtag? Yes. When accessing the Alerts area in Listening, you have the option to activate custom notifications whenever a relevant publication for your research appears. For more information about the functionality, read the guide. You can configure the alert with a textual search to be notified from a hashtag, but it is necessary to enter the hashtag exactly as it is written. For example: by typing #stilingue, you will receive specific alerts about this hashtag, according to the other parameters defined in the alert. It is not necessary to put the term in quotes. Can I edit an ID inserted in the Publications Filter? Yes, currently it is possible to edit an ID inserted in the publications filter. The steps are as follows: select the desired filter, click on edit filter, and after the change, save the edition as shown in the gif below: Can I edit a rule created by another user in the Automation area? Yes, you can. The rule is linked to the research and not to the user. Thus, if the user has editing permission in the tool, they can edit any rule. Can I export Evolution charts to a specific format? Yes, you can export any of the available charts (Evolution today, this week, and this month) as an image file, choosing between the formats: PNG, JPEG, or SVG. Can I select all publications from the filter I am applying, not just those visible on the page? Yes, as long as the publications are within the 30,000 limit. To expand the selection beyond the current page, choose the option to Apply to Filtered Publications in the corresponding button located at the bottom of the Multiple Edit box. Can I request a retrospective of organic publications for one or more Groups in my research? Currently, it is not possible to perform a retrospective of organic publications (Listening) for specific Groups in the Research Configuration, only for the entire research. For more information on the retroactive collection process by service, read the guide. Can I view the Influencer Dossier of a highlighted user in the Who Speaks Board? Yes, you can. At any time, you can click on the icon of a user (both in the AAA Visual Ranking and AAA Table) to access their respective Influencer Dossier. In the WHERE They Speak section, can I identify influencers on the research topic? It is possible to apply a filter by themes. Using the filter, you can zoom in on the graph's spheres, and this zoom will return publishers who speak about that particular theme based on the geolocation presented in the graph (under "Top publishers"). Additionally, the publication will be displayed in the "Publication Wall." Where does the number of followers for news portals and blogs in the Press Wall come from? The number of followers is obtained through an external tool that estimates website traffic, i.e., it is determined by the number of visitors. This data is based on the access to these pages, then collected by the platform to be presented in the research. After deleting a publication using the filter, can I recover it within the search? Yes, you can. Publications are deleted when you select each one and click Remove, or when you apply a filter and click Remove afterward. To bring back these publications in the search, you need to open the filter and click on the trash icon, turning it red. The publications that were deleted within the filter period will appear on the screen. Select the option "Return this publication to the search". Should I use quotation marks to create an Automation rule with compound words? When entering more than one word in the "Parameter" field within Automation, it is not necessary to use quotation marks to create the rule. Is it necessary to create specific groups for each language? One group only for English posts and another for Spanish, for example? It is not necessary. If you have enabled your research to collect any of the available languages, our Artificial Intelligence engine will be able to distinguish the language of a publication and classify it according to specific language terms. Regarding your groups, it is possible to enable them to collect only one of the three languages - English, Spanish, Portuguese - or a combination of these options. Is it necessary to create groups that collect only in the same language (a group that collects only Spanish posts, another for Portuguese, for example)? No, if you have enabled your search to collect in both languages, our artificial intelligence engine will be able to distinguish the language of a publication and categorize it according to its terms. As for your groups, it is possible to enable them to collect only in Spanish, only in Portuguese, or in both languages. Is it mandatory to fill in all fields when creating a new alert? No, only the first two fields are mandatory: Alert Condition and Minimum Quantity for Alert. If you would like to make the quantity flexible, you can enter the value as "0." Is it possible to "Migrate" the Term Duel between panels? (Apply a filter considering a search configuration in another panel) It is not possible to migrate between panels; the platform analyzes data only within each panel separately. Is it possible to add English Groups to an already created search? By acquiring STILINGUE English, you can request a service that expands language options for an existing search. In this case, it will be possible to add groups in English, Portuguese, or Spanish to an already created search. Is it possible to add a link in the Create New Rule area in Automation? Automation conditions do not allow links to be added in the fields. The available conditions are: channels, devices, genres, locations, sentiment, containing text, tags, and types of publication. Is it possible to change the email list for my alerts? Yes. You can edit the email list and other parameters related to your created alerts. Is it possible to change the date range for the Boards? No. Unlike other filters in the tool, Boards always display the visualization of collected publications in the last 24 hours, as the module aims to show data evolution in real time. Other elements (such as Groups, Themes, channels, tags, and others) can be changed in the filter icon located in the Top Menu. Is it possible to enlarge the Comparative Matrix chart to identify smaller balls more easily? It is not possible, but an alternative is to activate the "show values" option, which will display the number of publications for each ball. Is it possible to collect in both languages (Portuguese and Spanish) but have groups and themes collecting in only one? Yes, you can set the language of your search at the beginning of the Search Configuration, such as Portuguese and Spanish, and then manually define the language you would like to collect for each group and theme - either Portuguese, Spanish, or both. Is it possible to collect Pinterest posts through STILINGUE? No. Currently, the Pinterest API does not allow for data collection in the Listening area. This means that with this limitation, it is not possible to obtain posts from this social network within the parameters of compliance and LGPD (General Data Protection Law) followed by STILINGUE. Is it possible to collect posts in all three available languages but have Groups and Themes focused on only one language? Yes, it is possible. When setting the language for your search at the beginning of the Search Configuration, you can choose all - English, Portuguese, and Spanish - and later manually set a language you would like to collect in each Group and Theme. Is it possible to copy the Reels post ID to retrieve its comments? Yes. When accessing the post card, it is possible to copy the ID by clicking on the icon available in the bottom bar. Is it possible to create alerts for my proprietary page? No. Currently, we offer alert functionality only for data collected through Listening. Is it possible to edit my alerts? Yes. To edit any parameter of your alerts, click on the "Edit Alert" icon, make the necessary changes, and click the "Save" button to confirm the operation. Is it possible to delete an unwanted post from the Live Mentions Board? Yes. Hovering over the post, you will see the delete icon; simply click to complete the operation. However, it's worth noting that the post will also be removed from the search as a whole, not just from the Board. Is it possible to export the map from the Where They're Talking area? It is not possible to export the map, but you can access the Discoveries Module > WHERE They're Talking for a similar geovisualization feature with export options. Is it possible to make notes on an individual post through the Publication Wall? Yes, you can edit sentiment information, gender, delete, check, and other actions at the bottom of the card that appears on the Wall. For more information, refer to the guides on Actions and Metrics of the post card. Is it possible to filter my publications by location? How does my search have access to this information? Yes, it is possible. Through the Conversations Filter, you can search by city, state, or country (for countries outside Brazil, filtering is only by country). This location information can also be accessed in the Radar area. Access to the location of publications depends on the availability of the networks themselves. Twitter: provides via API, as long as the user allows sharing. If the Tweet is posted via computer: the API sends the location indicated by the user in the tweet. If they did not tag any location, the API sends the profile's location. Tweets posted via mobile device: the API releases location information according to priority: 1. If the user adds a location at the time of the tweet, then the API sends the location indicated by the user; 2. If the user does not add the location during check-in, then the API sends the device's geolocation (if GPS is enabled); 3. If the user does not provide location during check-in and does not allow Twitter to capture geolocation, then the API sends the profile's location; Facebook and Instagram: entirely depends on the user providing information during check-in. If there was no check-in, nothing is sent. Google My Business: does not provide the location of the post, but it is possible to infer the location through the registered establishment's address. LinkedIn, Google Play, YouTube: do not provide location information.Important! Blog and portal posts do not have location data due to a limitation of these channels. Is it possible to identify from which social media platforms the influencers appearing in the AAA Influence Ranking are? Yes, just choose to sort by channel: Is it possible to include a text rule that involves various terms through boolean search? Yes, it is possible. You can input more than one term at a time, using the operators AND, OR, &&, ||, or by separating them with commas (which works like OR). Also, pay attention to using parentheses to group different terms connected by the operators. Example: "word OR (word AND word) OR word," Instead of: "word OR word AND word OR word." When selecting "Containing text," such as "If…," you must include all gender and plural variations related to these terms. Is it possible to insert GIFs in my scheduled posts? And videos? It is not possible to insert video files for publication. Regarding GIFs, they can be scheduled for Twitter or Facebook, but the file will behave differently on each platform: on Twitter, they will be animated, while on Facebook, GIFs remain static due to an API limitation. Is it possible to locate a post that has already been scheduled or published? Yes, it is possible. In the "Scheduled" tab, you will find all scheduled posts up to the current moment on each proprietary page connected to the tool. Similarly, the "Published" tab shows all posts already made. Is it possible to display the trajectory of only one Theme or Group in the Evolution charts? With the Publication Filter in the Top Menu, you have the option to select one or more parameters to be shown on the Board. Is it possible to pause a created alert? Yes, in the layout of your alerts, you have the option to pause/resume the alert in the top right corner of each alert. Is it possible to perform a textual search in the Publications Filter? Yes, it is possible. When opening the Publications Filter, go to the Textual Search in Publications field (which is part of the "What" section) and enter one or more desired terms to be returned after confirmation by clicking the Apply button. This action can also be combined with the use of boolean search operators to find publications without the presence of a term or through specific combinations of words, for example. The process is the same for textual search in the Conversations Filter. It is important to note that textual search will return a limit of up to 300,000 publications. This limitation is in place to perform the search on a dedicated database to generate charts, display publications, and carry out other necessary actions without causing unexpected behaviors. If the search has a quantity below this limit, the data will load normally. Is it possible to reprocess only one rule and leave the application of the others as it was? No. Reprocessing applies to all created rules. Is it possible to unban a user from my search? Yes. When you ban a user from your search, you no longer collect posts made by them, and future posts will not be added to your dashboard either. This action can be undone. Before showing how to undo this action, it's important to note the ways to ban a user. Within Listening, you can ban a user in three ways: 1. Classify When accessing the Classify area, click on the icon available on the right side of the screen: 2. Publication Wall It is also possible to locate the card of the publication made by the publisher you want to ban from the search and click on the same icon: 3. Influencer Dossier Click on the profile image of card, within the Publication Wall, to be redirected to the Influencer Dossier area: In this area, you can ban the user by clicking on the trash can icon in the upper right corner: To bring a banned user back to the search, you must access the first two areas (Classify or Publication Wall) and use the filter to search for posts deleted from the date when you (or another person on your team) banned a user. Once done, access the Influencer Dossier area again and click on the trash can. This way, the user will return to being a publisher in your search. If you already have this page open, just follow the last step: Is it possible to know the time when the Listening publication metrics are updated? No. The publications from each social network collected in Listening are updated daily, but it is not possible to determine the specific time of this update. Is it possible to view carousel-format images in the Listening area? Yes. Carousel-type content consists of multiple images or videos in the same post and can be accessed within the Publication Wall in Listening. You can view all the images inserted in the post in this area of the platform without the need to open the original post in another link. Additionally, you can use the Publication Filter to refine the search, returning only Instagram images and videos, for example. The carousel post is identified by the presence of two arrows inside the image, in the post card. To navigate through the images, click on the arrows or simply drag the image sideways - the right side will show the next image in the sequence, and the left side the previous image. If you click again on the right arrow (or drag to the right) after the last image in the sequence, the post card will return to the first image displayed in the original post. This navigation method also appears when clicking on "Read full post" in the options of the card. Note: Currently, carousel view is not available in the Radar and Proprietary Metrics modules due to a system limitation. Other areas of STILINGUE that display publication cards will show the carousel normally. Is it possible to view GMB places according to the sentiment ranking in Listening? It is not possible to create a sentiment ranking with reviews from GMB. What is presented on the platform are the scores of the reviews and the sentiment percentage, via Overview: Is it possible, in the When They Speak section, to analyze the time when interactions are most frequent on my pages? It is possible to view the distribution of publications by time intervals (hour, day of the week, and months) according to Brasília time zone. In Automation, are the classified publications organic (Listening) or can they be proprietary? Yes, organic and proprietary publications are considered by Automation. For example: a rule is created with the following condition: (containing text) the word red. The next action is to classify the color theme, this rule will classify interactions from Listening that have red and proprietary interactions (both in Proprietary Metrics and in STILINGUE Smart Care). Another example is when the user creates a rule based on the publication ID. They can include a proprietary publication ID, and by including the ID in the parameter, they can automatically classify the sentiment, tag, or theme of the publication and the comments made on this publication. In Automation, is the limit of 100 thousand publications related only to Groups? Or does it also include proprietary collection? The reprocessing of the last 100 thousand publications will consider both organic and proprietary publications. In Automation, when a tag is applied to a publication ID, does it apply to the comments made on that publication? Yes. By selecting the publication IDs as a condition and applying the tag rule, not only the publication but also all its comments receive the tag through Automation. In Social Headlines, I want to highlight one of the headlines on the screen. How do I do that? Simply double-click on a specific title to view it in highlight. To return to the previous status, click on the reload icon in the Top Menu or refresh the browser. To view the headlines of the smaller squares, you can also hover over the box so that the title is highlighted at the top of the chart. In Main Interests, how are users' interests classified? When is an interest automatically classified on a user? Interest classification is done per user, but not necessarily all users are classified with an interest, and when they are, they are not necessarily classified with only one interest. And once a user has a certain interest, all the publications they make will be classified with that interest, regardless of the content of the publication. So, we should compare the quantity of interests with the total number of users. For example, if 177 users were classified with interest, however, a total of 172 users had collected publications, in this sense, a user may have been classified with more than one interest. Can I schedule the same post for two different pages in Publish and Schedule? Within "Create Post," you can schedule the same post for multiple pages. When clicking on "Schedule Post," simply select the desired pages. Can I create tags and themes using the Automation module? No. The creation of tags and themes is done via the Search Configuration. The tags and themes available in the "Then" section parameter - located within the Automation module - are the same ones previously created in the Search Configuration. If it is necessary to add any tag or theme to be applied to a post, you must first add them to the Search Configuration and then proceed with the inclusion of tags/themes in Automation. Is it possible to add foreign profiles to the Influencer Hub? No, this action cannot be performed. Profiles categorized as foreign are not added to the Hub and cannot be manually inserted afterward (imported), due to a decision from our Product team. This behavior has been in place at STILINGUE since 2018. Can I filter out mentions in Listening using the Conversation Filter? Yes. One approach you can take is to apply a tag to all mentions from your social networks. The first step is to register the tag in the Search Configuration or in the Classifier itself. You should open the Conversation Filter in the Classification area, select the mentions through the filter within the desired period. Open Multiple Editing and select the tag along with the "Filtered" option. This way, you can apply this tag to publications mentioning your brand. Open the Filter again, this time the Publications Filter, select the tag, and click to make it red. By negating the tag, you can analyze all publications that are not mentions, as they will not appear through the filter. Is it possible to recover mass-deleted posts using Multiple Editing? Yes, it is possible to recover posts that have been removed on the dashboard using Multiple Editing. When filtering removed publications, the "Restore" icon will appear within the publication card. Simply click on the icon to restore the publication to the dashboard. In Multiple Editing, when filtering removed publications, the "Restore" icon will appear, and when clicked, it will turn blue when active. This way, when performing annotations on selected or filtered publications, they will be restored to the dashboard. Can I track the distribution of posts over time for my owned pages in the When They Speak section? Do I need to reprocess Automation after inserting the IDs? It is recommended to reprocess after including IDs. This is because the reprocessing of the Automation module edits the last 100 thousand publications collected by the search, just as it is done in the Search Configuration area. Thus, you ensure that the collected IDs are classified according to the chosen sentiment, tag, or theme in that area. I deleted the Twitter Enterprise group to create a new one. Will data collection continue? No. When the STILINGUE team activates Twitter Enterprise, the group identifier (not visible in the system) is used during activation. Once it is deleted, data collection stops. Even if you create another group with the same name, it will not collect data. In this case, please contact your account success manager immediately to activate the group. Is there a maximum number of posts that can be edited within a filter? The answer varies depending on the type of operation performed. The limit for bulk annotations in posts is 30,000 posts at a time. In specific situations, such as bulk annotation removal (meaning removing the classification made in the post, whether selected or filtered), the process can only be done for 100 posts at a time. An example of this type of action is removing a specific interest, tag, or theme. In the case of removing these posts from the search (sending to the trash), there is no limit to the number of posts. Is there a specific order to consider sentiment in Automation rules? When applying more than one sentiment rule in the Automation area, in Listening, it is important to understand that the last created rule is taken into account to determine the sentiment of the collected snippet. Example: Rule 1 Snippet: "Fast delivery"; Sentiment: Positive. Rule 2 Snippet: "Cold food"; Sentiment: Negative. As explained earlier, the sentiment that now stands for the rule is negative, as it was classified last. I've reached my term limit but would like to edit the search and change some terms in the configuration. How can I change terms now that I've reached the batch limit? Similar to the traditional setup of a dashboard, the exchange or inclusion of terms is done directly by the user with the permission level capable of editing the search. It is possible to perform this procedure at any time, just enter the search configuration and delete or modify the terms you no longer wish to track. Note: When it comes to Twitter Enterprise, the term limit is not reset, even with reprocessing. This limit only resets at the beginning of the month or when another package is contracted. Are mentions in owned stories presented in Listening? Yes. Mentions made by users citing proprietary pages are collected and presented via Listening as Inbox. To have this view, it is necessary to perform a Conversations Filter in Listening and select the Inbox option in interactions, remembering that the stories are only visible during the 24-hour expiration period. In the Automation section, can I set a date limit for reprocessing? Yes, it is possible. To set this date limit, it is necessary to contact the Customer Service team via chat for this action to be done internally. In the Duel of Terms section, the limit for posts loaded by the filter is 1 million. Is it possible to search by sample? Yes, in the Classify section, it is possible to create a file with up to 300 thousand sample posts to use in the Duel of Terms. Check the steps below to perform this action in your search:1. In the Sorting section, even before opening the Create File box, you must define through the Publication Filter which publications will constitute the universe in which the sample will be created. 2. You can set the name and quantity of sample publications, limited to 300,000. Check the details on file creation here.3. With the generated file, you should go to the Term Duel area, click on "Advanced Filters," and then select the filter. 4. With the selected filter, you can add your file with the sample. 5. After selecting the sample, simply apply the filter and proceed with the Duel. In the Publish and Schedule section, is there a character limit when creating a post? Yes, the limit is determined by the social media platform itself. Thus, messages for Twitter must adhere to the platform's 280-character limit. Facebook has a larger text limitation of 63,206 characters. In the When They Speak section, what does the sentiment index and Reach represent on the graph? The Sentiment Index is the total of positive publications minus the negative ones. The Reach represents the sum of 20% of the unique users' followers from the presented sample of publications. In the Where They Speak section, do the posts listed on the map correspond to the total collected in my search? No. The publications listed on the Board will be displayed with location when published with geolocation activated. In the Who Speaks section, what happens if I delete an influencer in the AAA Table Ranking? By deleting an influencer from the list, this action removes the influencer and all related publications from your search, not limited to the Board. In the Influencer Network, the gray balls are not displaying the spoken terms. Is this a glitch? Is it a flaw? The terms are always displayed. What may have happened is having a filter with many terms in the graph, causing some texts not to be displayed to save space and avoid overlapping information. Or, in a case where a filter returns many terms, the terms take time to load and do not appear immediately. It is also possible to use zoom to approach and see the terms, located within your Influencer Network graph. I'm not receiving email alerts, what could have happened? It's possible that our alerts are going to your SPAM or trash folder. In this case, we suggest that you add @stilingue to your email contacts to prevent this from happening. If you're still not receiving the alerts, we recommend checking with your IT team to ensure that our emails are not being blocked. I don't want details of the filters used in the Board to be displayed with the graph. How can I hide them? You can toggle the filter display between compact and full modes by clicking the arrow icon in the top menu. In compact mode, filter details will be omitted. In the Term Duel, is it possible to set more than two parameters in the filters? Example: Comparing between 3 groups. Yes, it's possible to apply advanced filters with all the parameters of a normal filter, including groups, themes, tags, etc. But there always needs to be two filters. In the Term Duel, how is the analysis done with two filters with different volumes? For example, Filter A with 100 publications and Filter B with 1000. The calculation to analyze filters with different publication volumes is based on balancing the classes (categories) to distribute the weight among the terms. In the Term Duel, if we don't have enough data in one of the filters, what happens? The minimum number of publications is 10, and the maximum is 1 million. In this case, the tool will inform you which filter has too few or too many publications and ask you to redo it. You can also check the same filter in the Publication Wall to see if it really has the minimum or maximum number of publications. In the email, are all publications related to the alert sent? No. The sending of all alerts is a sample. This means that within the time interval of each alert, 50 publications that best match the conditions you've set are selected. These "top 50 publications" are then sent via email. If, during the alert interval, more than 50 posts are collected, the rules will apply to posts that meet the criteria with the most affinity to the recorded conditions. Note: Real-time Alert is not available for the account group (that created the search) in the plans: Trial and Light. In the Automation module, can I search for IDs within the rules? Yes. Within the "Parameter" field, after choosing the option "Post IDs," you can search for 1 or more IDs, exclude them individually, and even clear all at once. In the AAA Ranking, is it normal to see the same person twice in the ranking? There are some instances due to specificities of their accounts, which have more than one Dossier, separated by networks. That's why the same name appears twice. In the Correlated Terms, when we apply the same filter, same date, but on different days, should the filter result be the same? In theory, yes. But some scenarios can modify the result that would be "consolidated": retroactive changes, reprocessings, post deletions, annotations, or delays in collection. Does the Board, Social Headlines, show on which social networks the headlines are resonating? Yes. The borders of the graph indicate the social network where it was shared: Facebook in dark blue, Twitter in light blue. The names of the networks also appear at the top border. Does the Live Mentions option have the ability to show publications from a specific social network or with a specific term? Like other Boards, you can customize Live Mentions publications in the Publication Filter. This functionality is similar to the Publication Filter in Listening. Thus, it is possible to select (or restrict) a specific social network, as well as desired Groups, Themes, and terms. Does the press module provide the exact time of insertion in offline media? Within Listening, the Press area is responsible for collecting and analyzing clippings for your search. Offline media collected via external clippers such as Fábrica de Ideias and Clipping Service provide the publication date according to what these clippers offer. Thus, the date and time displayed on the card represent the date of publication of the media provided by the clipper. Offline media collected via BoxNet also provides the date and time of publication, and all this information is provided by the clipping tool. In cases where the clipping tool only provides the date without the time, the publication will have the time set to zero (00:00:00). This information is valid for all channels covered in the Press area (Radio, TV, and Print). The exception occurs with portals that may not provide the date correctly, making it impossible to collect in the correct format. What happens when only the group collecting Twitter Enterprise reaches the contracted volume? If the Twitter Enterprise group reaches a collection volume of 1 million tweets, it will no longer collect publications until the end of the month. However, the panel will continue to collect normally, and the group responsible for Twitter Enterprise will continue to collect mentions captured via the public Twitter API and other data sources. Renewals always occur on the first day of the month. What happens when I click "pause" on a rule already created in the Automation module? And what occurs when I use "play"? When the pause button is used, classifications are interrupted from that moment on. When a rule is paused, and you press the "play" button, the rule will resume classification activities from the activation moment. However, posts that entered the search during this pause interval will not have been classified unless you request reprocessing. What happens when I manually classify a post? Does the classification created in Automation rules apply to that post? Let's suppose you created the rule within the Automation module: complaint tag for negative sentiment. This means that whenever a post with the complaint tag is collected, it will - automatically - be tagged with this sentiment. If the post is manually annotated, i.e., it was neutral, and you or someone on your team assigned a negative sentiment, this classification will not be assigned unless reprocessing is done. The rule applies to the system's automatic classification. By requesting reprocessing, Automation starts considering manual classifications. What happens when I create an automation using conditions, If... and tags? First of all, to understand how this Automation works, it is essential to remember that the tags are not classified at the time of publication collection. For this reason, when creating tag automation, keep in mind that it probably won't filter any publications. Additionally, it is also necessary to remember that automations are executed at two moments: immediately after collection and when the user wants to reprocess publications with all created automations. To create automation where the conditions If… and tag work, there must be an older automation that has as an action the inclusion of a tag in the publication or that the search is being reprocessed (after some tag classification). Note: It is important to remember that the executions of automation rules follow the order of registration, that is: they are executed from the oldest to the newest. What happens when an Automation rule is reprocessed? With reprocessing, we analyze up to the 100 thousand most recent posts on your dashboard, applying the change to all posts that fit the created rules. This reprocessing option is only available after you edit the rule and for rules active in the system. If the rule is inactive, the reprocessing will not be considered for it. If you need to reprocess more than 100 thousand posts at once, just contact the Customer Support team via chat so that this action can be done internally. When reprocessing a rule, all other created rules will respect the changes made. It is important to note that if the rule is reprocessed within the Automation area, this action will also reflect on the terms entered in your Search Configuration. This applies to any term applied to a group, theme, sentiment, or tag. The opposite also happens, that is: the reprocessing of terms in the Search Configuration will affect the rules in Automation. Note: In the case of rules related to "tags," reprocessing does not exclude the tag already classified in the interaction. For example, if you create a rule to classify interactions with the tag "A," edit the rule, and delete that tag, the interaction that had been classified remains with the tag "A." In this case, the posts/interactions will retain tag A, considering that Reprocessing will check if the new Rule/Combination makes sense. Thus, it also classifies itself with the new Rule. It is possible to view removed tags applied to old posts because, as tag A will be maintained, it will be possible to identify the history. What happens when a rule is removed from the Automation area? Do classified posts lose their classification? No. When deleting a rule, you interrupt the automatic post classification by the system and can no longer search for it using the filter. All previously classified posts will remain unchanged. Is STILINGUE Spanish as accurate as Portuguese? Not yet, as for several years our team has been working on the artificial intelligence engine, refining its accuracy with the Portuguese language. However, despite being a recent release, the accuracy of the STILINGUE Spanish artificial intelligence engine is already capable of providing accurate results for monitoring in the language. Compared to engines from major global companies that serve as benchmarks, our Spanish engine has achieved much better results. Is STILINGUE English as accurate as products focused on Portuguese and Spanish? We cannot make that claim yet. AI engines developed for Portuguese and Spanish have had more time to improve in terms of accuracy and language analysis and are still evolving. Despite this time difference compared to other engines, the STILINGUE English engine is already capable of providing accurate results for your research and has achieved very positive results compared to engines from major companies that are global benchmarks. For more information, read the guide. Are the title and description of a YouTube video text classified if inserted into an Automation rule in Listening? Yes. When creating an Automation rule on the platform, you have the option to choose some parameters to classify targeted posts within your search. This way, by entering the desired terms in the "If..." field, "Containing text," as shown below, you indicate that the classification will be done taking into account: The descriptors identified in the video title; The text of the video on YouTube. 1. Automation Rule 2. Examples of descriptors for a YouTube video Where is the sample calculator located? First, go to the Publications menu and click on Sort. Then, click on Create File and find the calculator icon. Do the operators for Groups, Themes, and Context in English work the same way as when setting up a search in Portuguese or Spanish? Yes, the operators ("context:", "exactly:", negate, "&&", etc...) will function the same way in the configuration of the STILINGUE English search. For Spanish searches, do the operators work the same way as when setting up a search in Portuguese? Yes, all operators ("context:", "exactly:", negate, "&&", etc...) will function the same way in the configuration of the STILINGUE Spanish search. What is the purpose of the Request Removal button? Request removal is still a recommended feature for removing annotations from a significant number of publications. In these cases, our Customer Service team can assist you. What are the purposes of the Highlight Terms, Group Posts, and Answered options found in the Wall? Should I leave them activated? The answer depends on the goals of your research, and each option will impact the visualization of publications in different ways. The Highlight Terms button highlights words in the publication in two ways: Bold (terms that were registered in your search configuration) or Underlined (terms that appear more frequently). The same term can also appear with both characteristics (underlined and bold). In turn, Group Posts consolidates publications made by the same user (the card indicates in parentheses the number of times the user has posted) or those with the same text ("x" is placed in front of the number of times the text has been posted). Finally, Responded displays on the Wall only the posts that have been responded to through the card. To perform this action, go to Advanced Options > Reply at the bottom of the card. Why does the text search limit the number of filtered posts to 300,000? As textual search needs to be applied to a specific database for graphs and posts to be displayed, some limitations in STILINGUE's databases were necessary to prevent unexpected system behavior for very broad searches (over 300,000 posts). Why does a post from an anonymous user on Instagram appear updated in Listening? Updates to Instagram collected posts occur in only two cases: Post collected by Influencer Hub, being among the last 50 posts of the profile. Post collected by Instagram Business Discovery, being among the last 50 posts of the profile. The first update of social metrics occurs 30 minutes after post collection. After that, the update happens every 24 hours for 7 days; in the case of Instagram, there is no minimum number of interactions. In addition to this metric, the number of followers for a profile is updated every time a new post from that profile is collected, provided it has at least 1000 followers. If a user who is part of the Influencer Hub makes a post, during the collection process, the metrics will be updated in all searches that feature this post, since the update is done by the post ID. It's worth noting that this process applies only to profiles that fit the conditions explained above. Note: It may happen that a post collected via hashtag or proprietary tag classified in Listening has its follower metric updated. This occurs because there is a product rule that updates the metrics of existing influencers in other databases. Currently, we have 3 sources for collecting Instagram posts: Via hashtags; Via business discovery (profiles set up in Edit Search); Via business discovery (profiles existing in the Influencer Center database). Only users retrieved from publications in the third topic (profiles existing in the Central Influencers database) are added to the user metrics and their publications update queue. It's worth noting that collecting posts from profiles registered in the Edit Research tool does not add the posts to the metrics update queue due to compliance reasons, as the same metrics update queue is used for collecting data from all clients. If a post is added, it can be included in all searches as long as it matches the configuration, which cannot occur in this collection and must be restricted to the account for which the profile was registered. Why are some Twitter mentions not being collected in Listening, even though the brand name is registered in the Group? One way to expand your Twitter mentions collection through STILINGUE is by registering the operator exactly: alongside the brand's username. This way, mentions will be included in the open sea of your search (i.e., among non-proprietary posts collected by Listening). See how it looks in the Search Configuration: Why are some YouTube posts included in my search as removed? If you filter in Listening for removed YouTube posts and notice some that were not deleted by you or someone on your team, understand that this behavior occurs because these videos are no longer delivered by the API. In this case, the posts are automatically marked as "spam" on the platform because the video is marked as unavailable on the social network or with comments blocked. You have the option to bring back these posts to the search, but this situation may happen again if the posts where the comments were made have the unavailable or comments blocked status. Why do some page names appear blank in my export? One of the pieces of information generated in the Export Center file is the "Page" field, which indicates the page or proprietary profile related to a specific post. However, this information may not be displayed depending on the social network. Currently, the export only displays the names of proprietary pages on Facebook. In the case of exporting comments on proprietary posts on this network, the collection retrieves the names of the pages and inserts them into the corresponding field of the spreadsheet. This process does not apply to other social networks and other collection channels, making it impossible to display the names of pages in the designated field. Why don't follower metrics for Instagram posts appear in Listening? Currently, due to API restrictions, metrics for this type of post will not be presented in the following situations: If the publication was collected via hashtag; If the publication was collected via Business Discovery. In addition to collecting from Listening, there is another limitation: if a publication made by a non-business profile is collected in Proprietary Metrics, the follower metrics will not be displayed on the platform. The opposite also applies, meaning: a publication made by a business profile in this area will have the metrics updated. We have 3 sources for collecting Instagram posts: Via hashtags; Via business discovery (profiles set up in Edit Search); Via business discovery (profiles existing in the Influencer Center database). If a post is added, it can be added to all searches as long as it matches the configuration, which cannot happen in this collection, which must be restricted to the account in which the profile was registered. Note: It may happen that a post collected via hashtag or a proprietary post categorized in Listening has its follower metric updated. This occurs because there is a product rule that updates the metrics of existing influencers in other databases. Why do organic comments from Facebook users appear as "Anonymous User" in Listening? Thinking about data security, Facebook made changes to the API. This change occurred in 2018. It's worth noting that STILINGUE only uses data for public interactions, meaning that nothing shared privately is collected by Listening. Due to this change, when collecting a comment made by a user on a public page (organic), their name will be displayed as "Anonymous User." Why is there a difference in data for the Influencer Dossier for the same influencer in different areas? The data in the Influencer Dossier varies depending on the platform location where it is displayed. The Influencer Dossier is available in Radar, within your research, and in the Influencers Center. See the sources that make up the following areas: Radar The dossier is composed of data from publications available in Radar. Within the research (Listening) The dossier contains data related to publications collected during the research. Influencers Center It contains data from influencers monitored by the STILINGUE base and is periodically updated. Why does the "Social Reach" in the Influencers Hub not show the same numbers as the "Potential Reach" in the Proprietary Metrics section? An important point to consider initially is: the "My Audience" page, restricted to the Influencer Hub module, presents data related to the influencer's (followers) audience and not the influencer themselves. Audience is the same as reach within this context. Therefore, this location will analyze different pages from different social networks of the same influencer. These pages will not show the same results because each social network has a specific reach, and these data are not comparable. When pages from different social networks are added to the same profile, the sum of the audience for each page is presented, as shown in the image: Why is the Listening Publication Filter returning dark posts? When a proprietary page connected to the platform is registered through a Network Operator in a specific Search Configuration Group, all posts made by that page will be collected by the group, including dark posts and dynamic posts. Additionally, posts from proprietary pages not registered in groups whose terms match the descriptors of the Search Configuration will also be collected. The publication type is indicated on its card, and that's why we can find cards of paid publication in the Listening Publication Wall. Why does the sentiment graph in Summary not show the same number of interactions as the Proprietary Metrics on Twitter, for example? The interactions displayed in the Proprietary Metrics Overview for Twitter pages are related to the metrics of likes and retweets made for the page's posts. It's important to note that for retweets collected on the platform, only follower metrics are presented on the publication card. In the Listening Overview, the filter is applied to all types of interactions, which includes, for Twitter, the following types of interaction: proprietary publication, comments, inbox, mentions, comments on mentions. Thus, the filters are not comparable. Why are posts from portals and blogs duplicated in Listening? The collection of posts from portals and blogs occurs through various sources, and as a result, some posts may be collected more than once if they come from different channels. To avoid this duplication, we have an application that generates the ID for these news articles. Through this ID, the collection is processed. However, if sources replicate the same news with changes in the link or text, there may be a failure in correctly identifying the previously collected news, causing duplication. Can I apply changes to interests and tags for all filtered posts? No, classification removals cannot be applied to all filtered posts; this option is only valid for manually selected ones. Can I create an automation rule only with comment IDs? No. The provided ID should only be for the publication; the comments on this ID will receive the same classification as per the rule. Can I include Spanish blogs for monitoring in my search? Yes, you can include blogs to ensure collection in your Search Configuration under Add Blogs. For more details on how to best use this functionality, check our guide. In addition to blogs, you can also add social media profiles such as Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube to your Search Configuration. Can I include English blogs to be monitored in my search? Yes, you can include blogs to ensure collection in your Search Configuration under Add Blogs. For more details on how to best use this functionality, check our guide. In addition to blogs, you can also add social media profiles such as Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube to your Search Configuration. Can I receive alerts when receiving comments from haters? Yes, it is possible, and you can do so in various ways: add to the user field the public profile of someone specific who mentions your brand and whom you would like to monitor. If you have a group that collects detractors, you can tag this group in the group field when creating an alert. The same applies to a topic or hashtag that you may have in your search, monitoring this type of publication. It is important to remember that alerts are valid for interactions collected in the Publications Filter (Listening collection). To trigger an alert for interactions collected in the Conversations Filter (Proprietary collection), it is necessary to register network operators within the Themes for the classification of your proprietary publications. For example: to trigger an alert about comments on Facebook, you need to go to Search Configuration to register the operator facebookcommentsid (with the data from your proprietary page), then select the operator's Theme in the Alerts section, and finally, add the other desired conditions. Can I use a saved filter within Boards to have different viewing options? Yes. The list of saved filters is available and can be applied when accessing the Publications Filter in the Upper Menu. Can I use other operators in the Twitter Enterprise search, such as negation, context, exact match, among others? No. By including terms in the search that are outside the authorized terms for collection, you are inserting invalid terms into your search. In other words, when entering the "context" in the Twitter Enterprise group, this operator will not return publications. Nevertheless, this term will be counted in your limit, entering the word count. Example: 10 descriptors were registered, 2 of them have the context operator activated. You will collect only 8 terms, but all 10 will remain in the final count of the contracted package. To bring accuracy to the collection, insert only the combinations involving the terms and operators mentioned in the configuration guide. Do I need to edit information about Groups, interests, and gender of my posts? Is it possible to change these parameters at the same time? It is possible. If it is necessary to change several parameters at the same time, you can select all the functions of Multiple Editing. What are the possible viewing options in the Where They're Talking Board? You can switch the view between Satellite mode (images captured by satellite) or Map mode (street and terrain mapping). Additionally, you can view in street view mode by dragging the little human icon to a specific point on the map. What are the options for checking a post found in Live Mentions? You can go directly to the original post using the Spy icon or click on the Check icon to mark the post for easy reference later. These options are visible when hovering over the post. Which metrics does Twitter Enterprise Deliver that Twitter Standard does not? Both APIs provide the number of followers, retweets, and likes. The main difference is that the Twitter Standard API only provides sample data, while the Twitter Enterprise API delivers all collected data. What are the uncategorized posts in the Comparative Matrix? Uncategorized posts are those collected by context, especially when you have "context search monitoring" enabled. If a post was collected by a group that no longer exists, for example, it was removed from the search configuration and the search did not reprocess the data, that post will not be categorized. We can access these posts by unchecking all groups from the filter (possible by clicking on each group at the bottom of the Comparative Matrix chart) and thus searching for uncategorized data. Who are the influencers that appear in the Compare Influencers feature? The influencers that appear in the Compare Influencers feature are those publishers who have had at least one post collected by the monitoring. Which types of channels are considered for calculating Potential Reach? To calculate Potential Reach, channels that have and provide the number of followers for the publisher are considered, as this data pertains to the followers who have had posts collected in the search. These are the cases for the following channels: Comments on articles; Facebook page posts; Instagram posts (for business profiles); LinkedIn posts; Twitter posts; YouTube videos. The Potential Reach does not apply to these channels: Blogs; Facebook comments; Instagram comments; LinkedIn comments; YouTube comments; Portals; Reclame Aqui; Tumblr; Forums; Google My Business reviews; Facebook groups; Print media; Radio; TV. What is the difference between the Wordcloud in Radar and Discoveries? In the Discovery area, the word cloud is formed based on the collection of your search. Therefore, the most frequent words in the publications collected by your search configuration will be in this tab. You will access the tab, Discovery > Related Terms. As for the Radar, it is formed based on the Stilingue database. The Radar search functions as a scan of the main portals, blogs, and social networks that are part of the STILINGUE database. This database is fed by all searches created within Stilingue. The search for publications is done according to what is filled in the search field and is conditioned to this publication base. The radar is located in your Account Center. What is the difference between the Influencer Network and the Interaction Network? The Influencer Network seeks to identify and organize influencers who are talking about the same subject. They are organized in the graph so that the closer they are positioned, the greater the chances that they will interact or talk about the same subject. The Interaction Network maps the interactions made by users within the analyzed period, making it possible to detect these conversations. The networks where the interactions took place will be highlighted by color, and the larger the volume of interactions, the larger the circles. Zooming in on the circles will allow you to identify the name of each user. Larger circles can be identified as centralizers of the conversation, and from this, you can detect users engaged in the analyzed subject. What is the difference between the frequency and relevance of terms in the Term Duel? The frequency of a term literally refers to the number of times a given term appears within the selected filters. On the other hand, the relevance of a term is a statistical calculation that considers the frequency of a term and how many times a given term occurs in each class. Therefore, a term that appears frequently in both classes tends to have low relevance. What is the difference between the Publication Filter and the Conversation Filter? The Publications Filter searches for data collected according to your Search Configuration. Publications collected based on the terms registered by you or someone on your team can be found using the filter parameters. The Conversations Filter, on the other hand, can retrieve user interactions made on your pages connected to the platform. For the Conversations Filter to be available for viewing, it is necessary to have a proprietary page registered in STILINGUE. This connection allows interactions such as comments, inbox, mentions, and others to be searched through the filter. Within the Publications Filter, there is the possibility of Dark Post publications being displayed if the Search Configuration has network operators registered in Groups, which collect content from proprietary pages. In this case, the publications will be returned in both the Publications Filter and the Conversations Filter. Attention! Inbox messages do not appear in the Publications Filter (with registered network operators). This is the only interaction that cannot be returned in the filter. Watch the video on the topic: What is the difference between the +Interactions mode and others based on interactions, such as +Likes, +Comments, or +Shares? The +Interactions option considers the sum of likes, shares, and comments when presenting publications. If instead of the total interactions, you want to find only posts with the highest number of likes or comments, for example, just select the corresponding option. What is the difference between the two AAA rankings on the Who Speaks Board? There are two different visualization formats: AAA Visual presents influencers in a graph that intersects attractiveness to content with affinity to research (elements used to generate the AAA Ranking from STILINGUE). This format allows comparing the relevance and reach of these users in the research. In turn, AAA Table shows influencers organized vertically in the ranking, allowing a direct comparison of the reach, attractiveness, and affinity numbers of each user. Moreover, it is possible to search by name or exclude an influencer if necessary. What is the utility of the different options (+Hot, +AAA, +New) in the Publications Wall? Each option allows a specific visualization, which can change according to the needs of your research. You can choose +New, for example, to check the most recent publications on a specific topic; +AAA to know the main influencers in that period; or +Hot to discover publications with the most significant impact (regardless of the date it was published). What is the ID limit for each rule created in Automation? You can insert up to a total of 50,000 IDs per search. As a rule, up to 5,000 IDs. That means, if all the rules have 5,000 created IDs, you can create a total of 10. If you want to create 50 rules with 1,000 IDs in each, it is also possible, and so on. The total limit does not cover the number of rules but rather the number of IDs. The counter in this area helps you indicate how many IDs are still needed to reach the final value. When the value of 50,000 is approaching, a message on the page will appear to warn that the limit is close to being reached. After this value reaches 50,000, it is not possible to insert more IDs into the rules. What is the minimum number of publications in each filter of the Term Duel for it to load? The minimum number of publications is 10, and the maximum is 1 million. It is possible to check the filter in the Publications Wall and see if this filter really has the minimum or maximum number of publications. If it is within the standards and still no data is displayed, contact Customer Service through the chat. What calculation is done in the Sentiment Index in the When They Speak section? This index is the percentage of publications classified as positive minus (-) the percentage of publications classified as negative (ignoring the percentage of publications classified as neutral or not classified). This score ranges from -100 to 100 and is generated from the following calculation: Sentiment Index = total Positive publications – total Negative publications. What is the difference in the RT of Influencers compared to the Publications Wall? The Influencers RT area is a version of the Publication Wall that highlights tweets shared by users with a significant number of followers. This way, you can keep up with topics and trends that may go viral on the internet. While the Influencers RT focuses on Twitter shares, the Publication Wall will display all social media collected in the research, with different viewing options according to the chosen filter. When comparing an influencer in Listening with an influencer who has a connected page on the platform, does this comparison have significant differences, making it "unfair"? The connected page tends to have more collected interactions, as only with it you can collect dark posts (sponsored posts) and inbox, for example. However, to compare what came from the listening collection with what came from the proprietary collection, you need to use the Listening Publications Filter. In this filter, only proprietary publications that are classified in some group will be returned. This way, while the proprietary collection tends to bring more interactions, you can control the compared information through the classifications made by the filter for the desired comparison. Who can create automation rules? Only the account master and administrators can create automation rules. I removed posts from the search, but the total number of posts did not decrease. What might have happened? After removing publications from the dashboard, the system may take up to 1 hour and 30 minutes to update the total number of publications and free up space in the search. This occurs due to the time it takes for the application, responsible for counting publications, to complete a counting cycle. In each cycle, the quantity of publications and status changes (when necessary) for all STILINGUE searches are counted. We know that the Correlated Terms chart is a bit slower compared to others. Is there any date limitation? There is no date limit, but considerably larger volumes may take longer to load. We know that the size of circles in the charts in the WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT section is proportional to the volume of posts. How do these circles appear when the volume difference is very large? When there is a considerable difference in the sample volume of the filters, STILINGUE's Artificial Intelligence performs term balancing between classes. Thus, the frequency of terms in the minority class is multiplied to make the samples comparable. If someone makes a post in Spanish on my proprietary channel in Brazil, will STILINGUE Spanish collect that post? And vice versa, a post in Portuguese on a channel in Spanish? Once a proprietary page is connected, all publications in all selected languages in the configuration will be collected. If someone makes a post in English on one of my proprietary channels in another language, will STILINGUE English collect that post? And in the case of a post in Portuguese on a channel in English? Once a proprietary page is connected to STILINGUE, all posts in all languages selected in your Search Configuration will be collected. If I apply a tag in the scheduling/publication process, will it be applied within my search when that post is collected? No, scheduling tags work differently. This tag is not automatically applied to the publication when it is collected, serving only for internal control of scheduled publications. If I have a connected proprietary page, can I respond to comments directly in the Publication Wall? This option is valid only for Twitter accounts, through the Reply function at the bottom of the publication card. If a proprietary Twitter page is not connected to the account, this functionality will not be available. If I use a very long text search period, does it affect data loading? If the number of filter publications exceeds 300,000, the presented results will only consider the most recent 300,000 publications. Therefore, you can split your search into more than one filter if the data exceeds this number. The limitation on publications is because the search relies on the database to create graphs, display publications, and perform other necessary actions. If your search does not exceed 300,000, there is no slowdown or loading failure. If my search reaches the limit and is paused, is there automatic retroactivity for posts not collected in Listening? First, it is necessary to remove unwanted publications to ensure the panel is restarted. Refer to the guide to see how to perform this task. Currently, the system does not automatically retroact for Listening posts. Unlike Proprietary Metrics, where this possibility exists, the Listening area depends on real-time collection of organic posts (performed by the Groups registered in your Search Configuration) to update the data. This collection is disabled while the collection is paused. However, it is possible to request retroactivity per service to recover Listening data for a specific period, using a historical database of STILINGUE. For more information on this feature, read the guide and contact Customer Service if it meets your needs. I always find repeated terms counted separately, like SpaceX and Spacex, or Elonmunsk and Elon Musk. Are they classified separately? Yes, differently spelled terms are classified separately. Is it possible to add Spanish Groups to a current search? No. The artificial intelligence engine for STILINGUE Spanish is different from the engine that collects publications in Portuguese. When you acquire the product, you will have access to a new search panel, where you can collect publications in both Spanish and Portuguese. I changed the name of the group collecting via the Twitter Enterprise API, what happens? If it's just a name change, the collection will not be affected. If the group is deleted, the collection will be interrupted. However, it is recommended to use the name "Twitter Enterprise" for easy identification of the team responsible for the operation in the search configuration. Once scheduled, can the publication still be changed? You can edit or delete a draft at any time before publication. This can be done by clicking on the edit icon next to the file name, in the Scheduled tab (for already scheduled publications) or Draft (for drafts that have not been scheduled for publication). Once a filter is chosen, is it possible to change the Board parameters or return to the initial configuration? There are different alternatives for changing the filter configuration. You can click directly on the Publications Filter in the Top Menu to make changes, or click on the eraser icon to clear the filter data. Another possibility is to click on the icon to reload the Board screen, removing not only the filter but also other selected customization options. Does using "term1&&term2" count as only (1) one term in my contracted limit, or does it count as two terms? It counts as only one term. Combined terms (e.g., twitter:term1&&term2) also count as one. Pay attention if this format really works for you. Do users who comment on a proprietary publication appear as anonymous in the search? No. Unlike organic collection, comments made on proprietary pages are identified by name and photo. To locate this type of interaction within Listening, you can click on the "Conversations Filter" option and select the pages you would like to analyze. It is important to note that it is also possible to classify proprietary comments in the Search Configuration area. This classification occurs within specific groups according to registered terms and network operators. In other words, when opening the Listening area, which shows organic publications, this user will appear normally (not as an anonymous user), since their collection was made from pages connected to the tool.
