Access custom charts without leaving the STILINGUE platform

Within the Listening section of STILINGUE, you have the ability to use external dashboards that present data in the exact format for your analyses. These are the Custom Boards, which can be accessed through the Side Menu, below the Boards Module.

What do I need to be able to use this functionality? 

To view the Custom Boards, you first need to obtain access to the token of the STILINGUE API. This way, you can manipulate the obtained data to create charts according to your interest.

It is also necessary for the collaborator/partner responsible for creating the dashboard to have previous programming knowledge to filter, shape, and generate the relevant charts.

After the initial configuration and creation of the charts, the developer will provide a link to access these dashboards. This link should be sent to your STILINGUE account manager, who will forward it to our team responsible for linking the custom dashboard to the relevant panel.

Once the process is complete, the charts will be available within the Listening module, in the side menu, under the "Custom Boards" option:

Each topic available within the "Custom Boards" menu is an integration of a dashboard. Thus, you can have various custom charts as needed.
