Live Mentions - Boards May 22, 2024 12:06 Updated Index: Introduction How it works Top Menu Introduction Learn how to edit and view your research publications seamlessly on the screen. Boards have been developed to present the data collected in your research in a didactic and visual way, with real-time updates and the possibility of presentation on TVs and monitors. You can use them together with your team as an analytical and visual resource to monitor crises, campaigns, and events where live repercussion makes a difference. The complete Boards module is located in the sidebar of Listening. Among the available Boards within the tool, the Live Mentions module allows all collected mentions to appear sequentially on the page. This way, your team can easily visualize the impact of news coverage, hashtags, and other real-time events on social networks. How it works In the bottom left corner, there are two options: 1. Pause Here, you have the option to pause or resume updating the posts on the screen. 2. Analysis & Recommendations Area for adding texts and images to the graph presentation. The posts appear showing the Collection Group, publication date, author information, and interactions at that moment (when available according to the API of each social network). When hovering over a particular post, three icons will appear: 1. Spy Redirects to a new page showing the original post. 2. Delete Removes the post from the search. Remember that this action applies to other areas of Listening, not just this Board. 3. Check Marks the post as checked. This action applies to future searches related to posts that have been viewed by you or someone on your team, as this option is manual in the system. Top Menu There are more customization options located at the top of the page. For more information, access the guide Top Menu - Boards.
