Context Through permissioning, the manager will be able to indicate which agents can use a particular feature in Blip Desk. Agents permissioning can be done individually or in bulk (for two or more agents) through the Portal. Prerequisites Depending on the functionality, once enabled, agents registered in the bot remain without access and unable to use it. How to Set Up Attendant Permissioning in Blip Desk To configure permissioning for a feature for one or more agents, access the “Service” page of the chatbot where the feature is configured, and click on the “Agents” section. You can define permissions by hovering over the agent's name individually and clicking on the permissioning icon (located to the right of the screen, between the options to Edit Queue and Remove Agent). On the next page, below the title Status, click on the button corresponding to the desired feature. Bulk permissioning is also allowed. For this, on the "Service" page, "Agents" section, click on the checkbox next to the names of the agents and then on the permissioning icon, visible as soon as the selection is made, at the top above the list of agents (between the Edit queue option and Remove agent). Edit contact data through Blip Desk Allows agents to edit or include information in the name, phone, email, and document fields in the "Profile" section in Blip Desk.
