Bulk registration of attendants in the Blip Portal May 06, 2025 23:38 Updated Now it’s easier to register multiple attendants at once! The new bulk insertion feature allows you to add several attendants at the same time by pasting a list of emails directly into the registration field. Previously, the Blip Portal didn’t allow bulk registration of attendants for accounts on the STARTUP, LITE, PLUS, and SUPER plans, as there was an automatic check on the number of contracted users, preventing multiple emails from being validated at once. This made the process slower and more operationally demanding. Tip: For ENTERPRISE plan customers, it was already possible to add attendants in bulk. What’s changing with this improvement? With the new bulk insertion option: You can paste a list of comma-separated emails into the email field.The system automatically validates which emails are included in the current contract.Emails that are not part of the contract still cannot be added as attendants, but now they are clearly displayed in the interface, making it easier to review and copy those addresses.All of this happens in a smoother, faster way — no need to add them one by one anymore. See an example in the image below: How to enable the improvement Go to the Attendants menu in the Blip Portal.Click Add attendants.Turn on the bulk insertion toggle (located at the top right of the email field).Paste the list of comma-separated emails.Review the emails flagged as not found in the contract.Select the service queues and click Save.Tip: You can copy the emails of attendants who haven’t been added to the contract yet to make their registration easier. Frequently Asked Questions Can I register any email as an attendant?No. Only emails that have been previously included in your contract can be added as attendants. What happens to invalid emails?They are displayed in a highlighted section as “Emails not found in your contract” and will not be added. You can copy them to update your contract if needed. Is this feature available in all plans?Yes! This improvement is available even for the STARTUP, LITE, PLUS, and SUPER plans. Do I need to activate anything in my account to use this feature?No. The option is already available in the Blip Portal — you just need to enable the bulk insertion toggle.
