Tickets November 25, 2024 13:50 Updated To access your company's conversation tickets, you will need to access the Blip portal. Please note that only Blip Go! admins can make this change. Blip portal access: https://blipatendimentotrial.blip.ai/application Select the builder with the Desk variable, as shown in the image below. Go to the top menu and select the [Support] section. After that, a left-side menu will open. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and select the [Support History] option. All the tickets handled by your company will be displayed. You can filter by: Contact Agent Queue Tags Ticket ID Period To view a ticket's conversation, select it. Note: Blip Go! stores tickets for a maximum period of 3 months, after which they are deleted.
