Each phase of the funnel corresponds to a specific moment in the customer journey, allowing marketing and sales teams to identify improvement opportunities and increase campaign efficiency.The funnel stages are:Awareness: The first stage, where the lead discovers your brand or product.Interest: The lead shows interest in learning more about the product or service.Evaluation: The lead compares and evaluates the available options to decide which best meets their needs.Purchase: The lead makes the purchase, becoming an actual customer.Repurchase: The customer buys or hires again, demonstrating satisfaction and brand loyalty.Creating a Marketing FunnelTo create a new marketing funnel, follow these steps:Go to the Active Messages tab.Find the active message for which you want to create a funnel and click More options (three-dot icon).Choose Create Marketing Funnel.On the funnel creation screen:Give your funnel a title.Check the basic information, such as the associated active message, viewing date, and linked chatbot.Name the funnel stage you are creating and select the corresponding funnel phase (awareness, interest, evaluation, purchase, repurchase).Choose which chatbot event will be triggered to identify the lead in this funnel stage.After filling in all the details, finish the process to save your funnel.Viewing a Marketing FunnelTo view an already created marketing funnel:Go back to the Active Messages tab.Find the active message linked to the desired funnel.Click More options and select View Marketing Funnel.At this stage, editing the funnel is not yet possible—only deleting and creating a new one. Full management will be available soon.Analyzing the Performance of Active MessagesTo analyze the performance of your campaigns, follow these steps:Go to Active Messages.Click More options on the active message you want to analyze.Select Campaign Analysis to access the performance dashboard.Performance TabHere you will see:General data: sent, received, read, replied, and failed.Conversion funnel, conversion rates, and failure rate.Response peaks and sending failures.Journey TabHere you’ll find a chart showing the lead’s journey through the created funnel:Bar chart displaying each funnel stage.Detailed information: conversion rate, total number of leads, and comparison with previous periods.You can access the funnel directly from this tab by clicking View Marketing Funnel.Audience TabHere you can identify the specific leads of the campaign:Lead’s name or phone number.Last interaction with the campaign.Current funnel stage. FAQCan I edit the funnel after creating it?Not at this moment—you can only delete and create it again. Full functionality will be available soon.What happens if I delete an existing funnel?The funnel will be permanently removed. If necessary, you can create it again and configure its stages.How do I know if the funnel stage is correctly registering the lead?Make sure you properly associate the chatbot event during funnel creation.
