Action: Manage distribution lists

The distribution list management action allows you to manage users who are interacting with the bot from a list. Imagine that you need to send messages to user segments, for example, everyone who responded positively about receiving a file via email.

To use the manage distribution lists action, you must enter whether you will Add or Remove users from a list and select a list. If the list with the name entered does not exist, it will be created automatically.

Distribution lists are collective addresses, which are used to distribute a message to a group of users.
