To publish your bot to Apple Business Chat, you must first register with the service and create a company account. After that, log in to your Apple Business Registry. Click the Add new button at the top of the page. 2. On the next page, click Get Started. 3. Accept all terms and conditions. Click Next. 5. In the Account Applicant tab, fill in all the information and click Next. 6. In the next section, select your account type. If it is a Test Account, click Advanced and select the Internal Text Account option. 7. In the Account Contacts section, define your Technical Contact. 8. Choose Blip as the Messaging Service Provider Platform. 9. If you choose an Internal Test Account, you will need to provide the Apple IDs of the devices that will be used in the tests. 10. Check the logged information and send it to Apple to review and approve. 11. Approval is usually quick (within 5 minutes). You can check the status at the bottom of the page. Creating and configuring the bot in BLiP for Business Chat Create a bot or use an existing one. Go to Settings> Advanced Settings Click the Continue button on the Caution notice to proceed. Log in to your Business Chat Registry account and click on Test your Messaging Service Provider Connection. Copy the Business Chat Account ID. If you want, click the Connect button to connect to BLiP automatically and skip steps 5, 6 and 7. Back in the Blip advanced settings, click Add to create a new advanced configuration. Fill in the blanks with the values: Domain: postmaster@businesschat.gw.msging.net Key: AccountExternalId Value: your Business Chat Account ID Domain: postmaster@businesschat.gw.msging.net Key: IsChannelActive Value:True Save the configuration. After all the settings are made, ensure that you have published your flow. To test your chatbot, visit the URL https://bcrw.apple.com/urn:biz:{businessid} on your Apple device.
