RCS does not support the same content as other channels, for this reason we suggest that this channel has a dedicated conversational flow. We created the flow below for you to gain agility to get RCS activated, in case you don't have a ready flow. In this flow the user can be transferred to the human service or receive information from other service channels. This flow already has opt-out, a mandatory feature, configured. Remembering that you must perform the necessary settings of care and edit the flow to inform the other channels of care.
