How to accept and test your agent on Google Messages

One of the steps in the RCS channel activation process is the internal testing phase. To conduct these tests, an invitation is sent to the phone numbers previously provided in the activation form.

Below, you’ll find the steps to accept the testing invitation.

To perform the tests, you will receive a test invitation message, as shown in the image below:

Simply click on the “Make me a tester” option to accept the invitation. Following this, our team will send you a message so you can begin interacting with the agent.

ATTENTION! To perform tests on your RCS agent, your number must be included in the list of users authorized for testing. The numbers added to this list are provided when completing the activation form. If your number was not included, please request it from the person responsible for the channel implementation process in your company or the BLiP implementer managing the process.
