How to Add Agents in Blip Desk July 05, 2024 14:14 Updated The user who created the bot or anyone with write access in the support module can manage the agents and their respective queues. To manage the support queues, go to the Support module. On the left side menu, select the Agents option, as shown in the image below: To add a new agent to a queue, simply click the + Add agent button in the upper right corner. The required information is: Agent's email: the agent's email must have a valid Blip account. Name of the queue the agent will join: the queue name is case insensitive. Additionally, it is also possible to add more than one agent at a time to the same queue, the process is the same. Just click Add Agent and: Write the agents' emails, separating them with commas or write the agents' emails, separating them with "enter" or copy and paste a list of emails into the text box. To edit the information or delete an agent, hover the mouse over the agent's name and select the icon corresponding to the desired action (pencil to edit and trash can to delete), as shown in the image below: After managing the agents, you need to activate Blip Desk as a support channel to start the support process (click here if you don't know how to activate Blip Desk).
