This tutorial aims to explain in detail how to configure the sound and visual notifications of the Desk and the Microsoft Edge browser.

Enabling notifications on Desk

To enable it, just open the “Preferences” menu in the upper left corner of your screen.

Within this menu, enable the option “Browser notifications” and then click on the “Authorize browser” button.

When clicking on this button, the browser will open a request in the upper left corner.

Click "Allow".

Enabling Notifications Manually in the Browser

In the address bar of the browser click on the padlock symbol, a menu should appear.

Click on “Permissions for this site” and then enable the “Notifications” option.
